She did this though the last series and only adoring fans cant see it, she reinvents what happens .

From day 1 she redefined harrys laundry issue, the irritating showbiz asked Harry to do his washing so Harry asked everyone else if they wanted theirs doing, later commenting that Simon is 46 and couldn't do his own washing, Helen turned this right around to pretend Harry had asked everyone else if they waned their washing doing and then complained when Simon accepted the offer, totally wrong.

Tonight Chloe nor Brian were complaining about Chloe being nominated as Helen would have us believe, it wasn't about 'picking' on her by nominating her, it was about not giving someone upset the chance to speak and Helen being the cu*t she is. . Good ole Brian

Its flipping bizarre to watch and even more bizarre to see people who like her supporting the reinventing of situations and saying 'She's telling it straight', nothing could be further from the truth

Marc out next Friday please....

I agree with all of that, good post.

There's never any substances to her manic rants. She just seems to label anybody who is a decent person as either a "boring bastard" or a "two faced ****ing ****".

Yes, well said. And she says it so aggressively, everyone forgets what actually happened.

And people buy the 'telling it like it is' propaganda, as you say. Marc and she stab people in the front and the back but too many people buy that 'straight-talking' self-serving myth of theirs.

Thanks peoples, if she was 'telling it straight' I would be in support of her

I don't like her either, but your two examples are wrong.

Harry was bitching with the others. That is what the bunkmates saw. Helen just explained it poorly.

Helen interrupted Chloe to say that she (Chloe) has no reason to feel embarrassed. She was trying to console her, the same as everyone else was.

Helen will take one tiny fragment from an argument and keep on and on and on about that fragment, tonight it was because Brian said the word "picking". Helen wouldn't let it go and the rest of the 'discussion' was totally lost. I never thought that there could be such a thing as boring arguments, with Helen Wood involved in them that's what they become.

She does do that. It seems like some kind of narcissistic protection of the ego or something. It's quite bizarre to watch.

She wasn't picking on Chloe though.

Ugh I can't stand Helen but aside from be overly aggressive most of the time, she hasn't really done anything wrong in both of these scenarios.

Helen wasnt explaining it poorly, it was totally contrived and she went in the house with that very agenda. After Chloe and Harry and others told Helen she had misrepresented her she didnt say 'Oh I explained it poorly' she defended her redefinition of what happened.

Helen interrupted Chloe, that's the point, Chloe couldn't get a word in and Marc had Just given Chloe a reason to feel embarrassed, a reason that was supposedly decided by the 4 of them. Its all misconstrued

No, she attempted for a second time to explain why the bunkmates had nominated Harry. It's because they believed, from what they saw during that conversation with Harry, Jack et al, that Harry was complicit in targeting Simon, and she fed the flames by repeating the "46-year-old man" stuff. Simon's age is immaterial.

They were all talking over Chloe and they were all trying to say nice things to make her feel better, including Helen. As for who made the decision, Brian and Marc chose Chloe, then Marc talked Helen into agreeing.

oh thank the lord, a sane thread at last! Helen is a complete narcissist, utterly unable to grasp that people process things in their own way - she has to be right at all times and is so sure of her unassailable right to vent her opinion. I so hope Brian is true to his word and walks - then send in Aishleeeen - that would be a JOY to behold!

Chloe didn't need to get a word in. All she needed to do was smile.

True to his word? He bottled it big time. He jumped at the chance to change his mind.

bib 1. Helen got it factually incorrect.
bib 2. Brian said effectively - [we've just nominated her, let her speak OTHERWISE we're picking on her]. Sounds fair enough to me but Helen being over-sensitive to the very idea she could ever be percieved as a bully (perish the thought) convinced herself that Brian was accusing her of picking on Chloe. He hadn't.

I will say though i thought Brian made the most of it though, perhaps he new which button to press.

Yep Helen is a fu***** expert at that shit.

Very few people would spot it and pick her up on it.

Helen 'selective hearing' Wood.

Thank you it is so frustrating watching her rant on and be so self righteous when she is completely delusional. Like when in the bunker describing what bullying is and not noticing that is exactly what she was doing in that moment.

No self awareness perhaps it is a coping strategy so she doesn't have to realise how awful she really is.

Yes, exactly. She managed to make it sound like an accusation, instead of plea to let Chloe finish what she was saying. She is relentless. She could browbeat an alien race into submission. Wouldn't need a virus to kill them off.
