I'm guessing that was Malcolm's last episode last night. Sad episode but great acting.

Indeed. It was moving and sad to say goodbye to Malcolm. A fantastic episode almost entirely focused on him, Eileen and Liz.

I know Johnny Beattie has decided to retire, he's had a great career and it's perfectly understandable he wants a bit of a rest but I still hope he'll be able to return for a couple of guest appearances.

I find RC really hit and miss a lot of the time, but last night's episode was outstanding.

Cried a little watching RC last night it was really moving and emotional. Great performances from everyone involved. I'll miss Malcolm very much. Best wishes to Johnny Beattie for his retirement.

I scared the poop out of my Dad last night, phoning him in floods of tears to tell him that I loved him

A beautifully written, directed and acted episode last night. While it was so sad to say goodbye to Malcolm, it was also a welcome relief to get away from gangsters for a while.
