Thought Lindsey and Tegan for a bit...going to go with Celine..for the time being anyways. Hope it's not her though! Then again, I can't really envisage any of the characters as the GHK

The whole plot just screams Celine to me. She seems far too sweet.

I don't think it's Celine just because so many people are expecting her. There's been so much "it's Celine!!!!" on Facebook/Twitter/DS after every murder that it being her would have little shock value

I definitely don't think it's Savage or Kim. Savage is way too obvious and Kim has too much time on her hands with the whole stalking of Grace.

I think the "most" surprising outcome would be Tegan, but I doubt it's her. They're so obsessed with this godawful Ziggy romance plus the baby swap that I doubt Tegan's going anywhere unless the actress quits - and the killer is so confident of not getting caught, I don't think s/he'd make a stupid mistake like banking part of their plan on the idea of Kim being reliable

Whenever Tegan gets angry there seems to be another murder

Celine is very mysterious and keeps making comments like "going to a better place when you die"

I think it's Lindsay. Mainly because I think she's affected by her sister and "puts people out of their misery".

I don't think it's one of the suspects, for various reasons. Despite the dire state of the show and the silliness of the storyline so far, I do think the GHK conclusion will be good. And there's not one of the suspects who wouldn't be a really, really silly killer. None of them are remotely menacing on any level and I really think the killer needs to be.
Also, however differently it's framed and whatever obvious differences there are like the hospital aspect etc, this has surely got to be Birkwood's version of the Lucy Beale "murder." Not that any specific detail has to be the same, but I do think one of the things that will be the same is that it isn't a suspect. HO love a surprise too much, so it'll be someone totally unsuspected who hasn't been mentioned in conjunction with the story, who will make absolutely no sense, just like Bobby Beale. I think it'll be the most nonsensical person they can come up with, like Tom or something.

The thing with HO is that they change their minds so much that it could be anyone.

It is a difficult one because there doesn't seem to be any commonality of motive (that is evident to us) with the victims.

They could easily go down the obvious route for the killer after all they did with Freddie killing Frazer. Phoebe seemed at ease when the poison was administered and if it was somebody random, like another known character that isn't a medic, she might have looked puzzled. That would leave us with the current medical staff that we do know or some medical person or unintroduced character that we (and Phoebe) don't.

up until Pheobe was killed I really didnt know but now Im thinking Celine - Pheobe smiled and said "time for my medicine" and, to me, it looked like a smile that you would give someone that you trusted, a family member maybe............

although why Celine would kill her seeing as she is part of the McQueen family I do not know

Yes this was my reasoning although I'm still pretty open to it being any of the medical staff current suspects. The problem is that further down the line when they choose to do the killer reveal many of these subtle clues will be lost, forgotten, irrelevant or totally contradict who the person actually is.

Like others have said, it'll probably be someone completely random and the Phoebe line about knowing who it was will be forgotten. It'll probably be someone like Holly even though she was outside shown while Will was killed, but of course this would be ignored.

They've publicly announced that the killer is now murdering people just for the fun of it, basically. There need not be a personal motive at all. Celine said that "death is the end of pain" so, if she's the killer, she might be using that as her excuse - so she can tell herself she was doing the right thing, rather than admit that she killed for no good reason

While i'd love him back to target Nancy & Mercedes, i doubt a wanted man is just strolling in and out of the hospital killing people.

If chess pieces start turning up, well...
