I think they're veneers or crowns.
Well they look terrible if he's paid to have veneers done. They're so big for his mouth he can barely close his lips over them, and they really do have a 'wearing joke dentures' look about them.

I am sure there are plenty of people happy to adjust them for him.

Obviously, they're unnaturally white and don't fit in his mouth. Knowing how tacky the rest of his appearance is, veneers make sense. I reckon Helen also has them.
