And the nominees are fully known unlike normal ones, so yes they're going to be confronted for it. I don't think it's much to do with 'entitlement'.
When/if normal nominations return, their reactions will not be half as bad. (Hopefully) they won't know who nominated them, and will be banned from talking about it anyway.
It's part of the game, but the fact is, Chloe, Cristian and Harry do have a right to be a tiny bit mad at the people who put them up. Nobody asked for this dodgy twist!
