I recently went from an iPhone 5 to the Samsung S5 purely for the larger screen and while I'm not disappointed in any way with that, the S5 certainly seems to suffer from lagging often.
I've done all the usual things like disable active wallpapers, changing to a different launcher etc which all helped but there's still some stuttering that I never experiences with the lesser-powered iPhone.
Anyway I've moved on from trying all that and what I've read online is it's likely to be the Samsung bloatware so I'm looking at rooting it and installing a basic, stripped-down and no-frills version of Lollipop to put on there so does anyone know of a reliable source I can get one from from?
I'm not interested in CyanogenMod btw....
TIA
