He kept wantin to touch up nush. if he came near me i would have decked him! plus he was soooooooooooooooooo boring and fake  he was truly awful, the worst housemate ever. i mean they were all boring in bb4 but at least they seemed nice people, cameron was just horrible, bitchy and fake

I agree. Ray would have been a far better winner than Cameron. I still think why on earth did he win?!

Im sorry, but I know Cameron and i can say that he is the most honest honest genuine man you can know. I got to know Cameron shortly after the series and ever since the show we are always keeping in touch etc. He invited me and my family to VIP soccer six in Leeds which I was extremely thankful for and he has also kindly contributed to our bb fansite...
I'd just like to say that, I can understand that some of you wanted Ray to win or that you thought Cameron was Boring, but at the end of the day, its not right to start a topic off as "cameron was the worst housemate ever" because all he did was enter a TV show and luckily became the winner of it. What if it was you that won and someone posts messages about you been fake/ boring and you shouldent have won. I would hate for that to happen as you would then know how Cameron would feel when he looks on the DS:BB forum.
Im not getting at you, im just saying that please just remember that he is just a normal person like me and you, and frankly i think there has been too much of this Cameron bashing on the forums and I just had to say something to stand up for him.
Thanks - No hard feelings

I don't think Cameron was the worst HM ever... I don't think he was one of the best though. He seemed quite judgemental on the show, as well as pretty two-faced. However, there are a good few HM who are worse.

yeah, i dont mind peoples opinions, its just when its all the time about Cameron on the Forum, he is a really nice guy if you got to know him, and thats just what annoys me. I hope you understand. It was BB4, He won, thats it, cant do nothing about it.

I don't know if he was the worst housemate ever, but he was certainly the personification of everything that was wrong with BB4.

He stifled the house with his side kick Steph and wrecked any real interaction between the housemates.

No way was he the 'wost housemate ever' he was to say the least boring in the way we are all boring, and he happened to win BB4 which was by universal agreement the WORST BB UK and BB will never be on tv again if it gets that bad or, however it could imaginably be, worse.

I have to say that I didn't like Cameron on the show, he bored me and at times even irritated me. My Nana adored him though!

I think part of the fact people don't like him is because he won BB4 after going to South Africa, therefore he had a bit of a biased chance to win and when he did win, some people might have thought this unfair to other HM's.

I'm sure that Cameron is a perfectly nice man in real life, it's just that he didn't seem to be right for BB.He brought nothing to the show IMO, unlike other winners of BB's, who deserved to win because of their contribution to the show. I didn't understand why Cameron was the winner above far more entertaining HM's.

Standing up for him because he's a friend of yours is good and I commend you for it. I would defend any of my friends if I felt they were being treated unfairly.

But, Cameron is a grown man, in his 30's IIRC, a good ten years older than Jade or Emma. He knew what he was getting into when he signed up to do the show.

I'm a fairly fragile person, I am often over sensitive to criticism so therefore I would never subject myself to going on a show like BB.

Unless you are the most likeable, loveable, perfect person in the world you are going to have every aspect of your personality torn to shreds in the media. He knew that.

I watched the show and while I don't think Cameron is the worst HM ever (I would hand that award to Justine or Jonny) he would still make my top 10 list.

Maybe to his friends he is the kindest, sweetest most generous man on earth, the Cameron I saw on BB was sly, snippy, sarcastic, insincere, cold-hearted and a bigot.

I don't even think Cameron was the worst in BB4. Scott was worse, for one; and I've never been able to stand that ignorant, spiteful, windup merchant Fed either. Even Jon was worse in some ways. And thanks to someone above for reminding me of Justine.

Jade, Jonny, Nadia, and Marco are all much worse than Cameron. PJ might belong on the list as well, and perhaps even "most intelligent housemate ever" Stu.

There were also worse HMs in earlier BBs, but I've forgotten which name goes with which horror.

I'd go along with that. But there have been worse HMs.

I think our polls are pretty accurate when Justine is awarded the accolade of the worst housemate ever.
She thought she was better than the ticklemeister, even carrying on her bitterness long after she had left the BB house
. Her face when her name was called out by Davina McCall is a very happy memory-she couldn't even redeem herself by giving a decent interview-the bitterness was there for everyone to see.......

What is all this revisionism??

The 'worst' housemates are the ones the public hated: the bores, the two-faced bitches & the nonentities who gave it the big 'I am'.

I would have thought the public booing a housemate after eviction might be a clue.

Here's a few:
Mel - ludicrous, one-dimensional flirt.
Stuart - idiot.
Elizabeth -complete bore.
Adele - two-faced cretin.
Tim - complete & utter tosser - should have been thrown out after telling that obscene racist 'joke'.

Jade & Sandy should be on the list as well.
Sandy was 1-10 odds on to be evicted before he walked but certain cowards in the house bottled it & didn't nominate him.
Jade may have got stick from the press when she was in the house but the same press & 'kind' editing in the last couple of weeks of BB3 saved her from a hostile reception.

i disagree strongly. At least Jade , Jonny, Nadi and Marco provided arguments and conflict which is more can what be said for that boring old Cameron! Fed and Jon were the only things worth watching BB4 for after anuska left. Cameron was awful

yes but at least those housemates bothered to get a reaction out of the public. I really think the BB4 lot and cameron mainly were the worst housemates ever simply because they were not interesting in the slightest way

If you don't think there was conflict in BB4, you weren't paying very close attention. But Jon and Fed both paved the way for Madia: housemates that for some obscure reason (not even "irony" can explain it) got away with things that would have made others vilified.

Still, I suppose that if you just want arguments and conflict, and don't care what they're about, then show-ruining irritants are the way to go. But even then you pay for it with a lot of mindless shrieking, tedious lounging about in the spa and snug (the lipgloss botches provided some of the most mind-numbingly boring television I have even seen) , idiotic dancing, and so endlessly on.

Jade, Johhy, Madia, and Barco, along with the world's dullest anarchist, Kitten, nonetheless have at least on thing to their "credit": they mastered the delicate art of being boring and irritating at the same time.
