No! he just doesn't know how to handle her.

Just imagine if it was the other way around, how she wouldn't let him forget how he ruined her birthday.

She would be an awful gf, would probably slap him about on the outside and he would probably take it.

Of course. His faux-modesty is extremely tedious. Slips between that and a smug poop-eating grin.

Without a doubt he does.

As a graduate of the Dexter Koh school of attention-seeking, he clearly has no problem with this situation

No. He refuses to get involved in her theatrics.

He needs her. He is otherwise utterly boring.

She is in his bed, remember he tried to get her to sleep in her own bed before. Her bed was originally with Chloe. Unfortunately Chloe is already in a relationship and she is not Polyamourous or a swinger so she is a no go area in the line of spooning and bedtime cuddles

I think the clique have been warning him off her.

If Harry goes he'll be surplus to requirements - still, Nikki hanging round his neck will give him a storyline until she leaves.

He probably doesn't mind it, when she's not being a pain in the arse for no reason.

Why is that so surprising? Guy likes attention from girl he is attracted to, shock horror...

Nick seems to get on with everyone in there, even the meanies, so I don't think he'd miss her too much. He seems to be the only one who is universally liked. I think he misses Jade more, they used to have a laugh together.

I suppose this is the end of the honeymoon relationship.

Harry sulking because she caught posh boy Nick giving Nikki a hug in bed - late at night after his birthday party -

OMG he is so Dexter. Right down to the 80s quiz host jacket.

Strangely though I quite liked Dex and can't stand Nick. Don't know why, they both ooze a certain amount of slime.

I think he is good natured but Very very anxious and dependent young man and quite honestly does not know how to deal with her : she doesn't seem to mind and seeks out the occasional Barney but I think he is conflict- avoidant therefore a bad match

Not only for her age but in street smarts she is way ahead and would eat him for breakfast.

He had seemed quite spineless in the past but I was surprised that he did not chase after her when she huffed off to the bedroom ( expecting him to follow her and appease.

He's probably had enough of this moody , mardy unpredictable behaviour and lurches into Nikki's arms ......
That's why they all need to stay ( let jack or Danny go) so we can see Nikki go head to head with the "buxom wench " as she called her , while Nick sits in the background , alternating between stroking his hair and picking his nose

You have to ask why is Nick welcoming the fake attentions of Nikki (she is there for a reason -to stir things up ) and using this against Harry?
Why did he bring up, on front of the group, that Harry laughed at Jack's nomination (did anyone even notice that??) and, even when she explained that, he still wanted to put a target on her back.
Why would he go out of his way to do that? And don't give me any poor Nick, little child, nonsense.
