It would appear that the 'BB legends' are taking over this series and in all honesty I'm kind of over hearing about 'what an awful person Helen is and how Aisleyne is such a QUEEN' (detect sarcasm here). So yeah, I love Nikki and I've enjoyed watching her again (plus her adorable friendship with Nick of course) but I think it's time to start focusing on our real housemates now.

Nick has only just turned 20 since being in the house and has handled his time on the show with such dignity and class so far. Considering he's one of the youngest housemates and has had a nymphomaniac after him for about 8 weeks non-stop he's done notably well to deal with that on top of her bipolar emotions and jealousy over him and Nikki. And being the swan that he is, he's gracefully calmed her down and attempted to stop her from being so paranoid and insecure.

I would also say that Nick is by far the most genuine and kindest person in the house, as well as being really unintentionally funny and interesting to watch. He's one of those people that I find kind of fascinating and I'm always curious to hear his opinions and views (a bit like with Aaron BB12).

A vote to WIN for Nick the swan is a vote to save the show x

Nick is an awful friend. When Nicki asked Nick why he didnt jump in and defend her during her argument with Helen he kept saying over and over "I wasnt allowed to. Marc said I couldnt" like some idiot child.

Im not sure why Nicki even expected him to help when he never defends Harry either.

Because sometimes arguments and disagreements are best kept between the actual people who have issues with each other. Not getting involved doesn't equate to being an 'awful friend', it means that he has the maturity and sense not to participate in matters that don't concern him.

That's a cop out as if more HM's got involved would of shut Helen down and Brian wouldn't of jumped over the wall. Nick is just a timid nerd and a follower and will do anything he is told by Marc and Harry! I couldn't defend you Nikki because Marc told me not to is just weak!

I'm almost the same age as him.

Nothing shuts Helen down, plus Nick appears to have always gotten on fine with Helen so why would he want to make an enemy out of her for no reason, since she didn't have a problem with him? You can't make assumptions as to what would've happened if others had got involved, I think (for once) Marc was right by telling them all to keep out of it. Nick shouldn't be made to feel like he has to defend other people because it's not his place to.

Nick would have been fine, if he'd remembered to bring his own mind and his spine with him.

What's with calling Harry a nympho?
Do you actually know what it means?

Nothing would have shut Helen down. If more people had got involved we'd have ended up with the usual Marc/Helen vs Danny/Cristian. Nikki needed to have her say...even Marc the mouth realised that.

Despite his apparent negative features more HMs seemed to rush to congratulate him on being saved than any of the other folk facing eviction and they appeared genuinely pleased for him. So guessing a lot like him in the House no matter what.

Found the live feed telling last night too. IMO he came across as extremely friendly and cheerful, chatted lots to the others and suggested that perhaps they should all aim to have a fun week this week which they agreed with. Little do they know what's coming........

I think Nick is very manipulative, especially with the girls. He hides inside that bumbling naive persona.

Thank god the HMs didn't get involved because I've never been happier to see someone jumping over a wall in my life.

Oh how I loved Nick the first couple of weeks, I was prepared to defend anything he did. The trouble is, he didn't do much, he demonstrated a lack of spine and character that was difficult to defend, he's so malleable he's playdough.

Sure he has his little moments of wisdom and he's quite good at noticing deeper traits that some of the others have, seeing beneath the surface so to speak, and in the grand scheme of things he seems a fairly likeable person, but he has no backbone - when it comes to Harry or anybody else. I may be wrong but I think I've heard him say he likes Marc and he doesn't like Marc in one single episode! He never seems to express an opinion and abide by it, it's more about who he's talking to at the time. Appeasement.

He reminds me of Sam in some ways.

ETA: He has no depth, in my opinion.

Except Nick didn't say "I didn't want to get involved. it had nothing to do with me". He said "I tried but Marc said I couldn't." As if he was being told "no" by some authority figure and his hands were tied.

The only time Nick has ever piped up was when everyone was coming down on Jade and really he spoke up to defend himself about Jade never leading him on. That is it.

Nick's strategy so far has been fussing with his hair/nose, taking baths and sleeping in bed. He is not interested in having a personality beyond that. Its kept him in the house so far so why mess with the formula.

Its funny that when Nick was saved Joel pulled him into a hug so hard Harry didn't even have a chance to get in there until he was done.

Then when Joel was saved Nick barely hugged him.

Hiding under the covers with his woman of the week whilst setting them up to take his falls, pouting, lip sucking and hair ruffling. Throw in a few funny faces and that's all he's done.

He would be the worst winner ever.

Yes, which is why I used it.

Yes.

Yeah good point there, it always speaks volumes about who's popular in the house. Strangely enough, those who aren't usually seem to win. But Nick should keep doing his thing because I haven't heard anyone in there have a bad word to say about him (except for Harry who jumped into his bed again on the very same day, so that doesn't count ).

I think Nick is very manipulative, especially with the girls. He hides inside that bumbling naive persona.
Lol who exactly has he manipulated?

I may be wrong but I think I've heard him say he likes Marc and he doesn't like Marc in one single episode! He never seems to express an opinion and abide by it, it's more about who he's talking to at the time. Appeasement.
When did this happen? I have no recollection of it happening at all?

Is this post actually meant to be taken seriously? It's a joke surely?
Absolutely not.

Except Nick didn't say "I didn't want to get involved. it had nothing to do with me". He said "I tried but Marc said I couldn't." As if he was being told "no" by some authority figure and his hands were tied.

Tbh I think he was using it as a reason for not getting involved. I'm sure if he was really passionate about saying something or getting his point across then he would, despite what Helen's shadow said. Him 'piping up to defend himself' was a sensible move, but if he had gotten involved where things didn't concern him he'd only get slated for interfering. Poor guy can't win really.

Thank you for mentioning his hair as well, forgot to state that as another reason in my first post as to what makes him so awesome and why he should win. It's iconic.
