Michael Parr must be bored stiff with his role as Ross. Go and steal a car, then come back and have sex with Debbie; go and steal another car, then come back and have sex with Carly. Go and steal a car, then.....yawwwwn. He must dread coming in to work in the morning.

I think Ross has had good stories. The story with Donna and being the baby of Moses. I am not feeling the story with Ross and Debbie. Debbie is far suited to Pete in my opinion. I just do not see Ross and Debbie as anything more than work mates. I doubt Michael Parr is bored though. The actor is getting stories. It is not as if Ross has been left in the background as a character.

On the contrary, I was sympathising with Michael Parr for the rubbish scripts he is being given for the character of Ross. He deserves better.

They are by no means all poor but I do think the overall standard has dropped in both CS and ED, especially CS. I just dont with this he or she is a great actor. I have seen Michael Parr do some good scenes but he's also thrown in some really terrible ones as well. It Though i would agree he's miles better than the guy who plays Callum in CS.
Danny Miller is another massively overrated actor on here. At best he's a very average soap level actor. So too the actress who plays Victoria. On what acting planet is she good Bloody terrible actress if you ask me.
If I was Michael Parr I would get away asp. He's now got enough experience under his belt and if he wants to become a good actor he will have to leave and find a role where you can at least have the time to rehearse and learn from good actors.
And yes, I would love a role in a soap. £100,OOO a year sure beats what I do. I nearly collapsed last Wednesday in that blistering heat .
On the whole Corrie's are poor, with handful of really good ones IMO. I'd say ED's got more decent ones, again with a handful of really good ones. But no one's at the top of their game all of the time and it ust be hard for them to burn out and become disillusioned. But working conditions are not the fault of the cast or crew or down to their lack of talent - that's down to ITV bosses to provide the conditions that enable them to do tjeir best. There's nothing the actors can do but their best in what must be really trying circumstances. I agree about Victoria, she wasn't great in the recent story and that highlighted that she's not ready to carry a story. I find Aaron intensely annoying, but I'm not sure if it's a decent actor lumbeted with a crap character or just a poir actor.

Mind you, that's what most of us have to do at work and I've never been paid £20000 never mind £100000
Spunger don't go. I think you're very eloquent even if I don't necessarily agree.
Tune in for the stunt. It's Debbie smiling which is a real feat
As Star clearly isn't here I'll say 'Oi!!!'for her

No one's forcing him to sign contracts keeping him there.

It's a big decision to leave a relatively secure job, especially if it pays well. Not that I'd know about the last bit

Like I said before - early days.
There aren't proper spoilers. They only release the 'facts' in the spoilers sent to the press - and those teasers are a couple of weeks (at least) behind.
They're really only fuelling speculation, which is why DS don't delete the posts because they break embargo rules.

I honestly haven't a clue what you mean by "proper spoiler." I'm well aware it's a vague hint designed to fuel speculation. So let's speculate:

Spoiler

We can deal with the disappointment if it all goes pear-shaped later.

A girl's got to have something to look forward to.

The spoilers are ALL proper spoilers. They all happen. Just, like you say, they are very vague.

Marlon and Laurel
Spoiler
that week. However the spoilers for the following week and indeed the rest of the weeks, are all embargoed so they could well get back together.
Same goes for the rest of the spoilers. They all happen, that week. But things can always change the following week.
