I think Robert might be surviving until whatever big storyline they have lined up in October. He has to die though, he just threatened a baby and Rhona.

I was reading an interview with Dominic Brunt where he stated that he was kindly given 4 months off to direct his new horror film and that he thinks both him and Mark Charnock have survived Emmerdale so long due to the fact they can frequently be background characters and can come to the foreground at certain times with certain characters. Dominic stated he is hapy to stay with the show for as long as they want him.
I was also reading the free tv magazine that comes with the Sun and for the Emmerdale page for this week almost every storyline preview features Ross. There is the robbery with Carly, the continuing affair with Debbie and repercussions and also a visit to Charity to strike a deal over keeping baby Moses parentage a secret. He does seem to be the male version of Debbie this year.

I disagree about him being a bad character, Debbie is the worst right now IMO, but you do have have a point about killing Robert off. Threatening to kill a special needs pre schooler is as low as it gets. They have taken him down a path of no return and I really don't see them being able to redeem his character.

I LOVE Dominic's horror zombie flick. It's mental. Everyone should just rush out there and download or Skype, or naked selfie it, whatever you kids do these days. I hope he does loads more.

PS: Whoever says Robert is the worst character clearly has a death wish. Robert will be coming round to have a breathy word in your ear and leave a grain of wheat under your pillow, in a violin case.

I hope he's penniless and begging for mercy when he does, and I want Aaron to be the one that does it.


Debbie is awful, yes, but we've had to put up with her for years.
Two diabolical monsters in a tea-time "entertainment" programme is just too much.
