Okay so I have read some spoilers regarding deaths, though they're unconfirmed and Duncan Lindsay says to take it with a pinch of salt so.
Spoiler
As it's just speculation and not a confirmed spoiler I will do as Duncan Lindsay says. I will just live in hope that it is not true. |

It is hard to find any redeemable qualities about Ross Barton. Throwing in a scene with him and April every now and again just does not cut it for me. He needs some prison time.

then take him away from all the heartache that is coming his way.
You'd be helping him, yourself, and those of us who think he is boring. ![]() Having said he's boring, I hope they don't kill him off. He's not THAT boring. ![]()

I'm a massive Ross-lover, and even I'm sick of him now. This crap with Debbie has killed his character stone dead for me. He can piss off. Then he can come back if they've got something decent to do with him. I don't wanna see another baseball bat or van-jacking for as long as I live. ![]() ![]() I love Ross, I think he is played by a good actor and he is very good looking in my opinion. There was a lot to like about him before. But Debbie and him do not work together and its a shame that he & Carly have been split when they worked well together. There. Is. No. Chemistry. Between. Ross. And. Debbie. It doesn't matter how many times we are told they have fantastic chemistry and can't keep their hands off each other. I can't see it. |

Yeah I am just going to carry on as normal. If it is true I may as well stop watching, it'll be absolutely ridiculous.

I was actually laughing tonight at Debbie and her tragic moaning over Not Leaving Pete. As if she'd give a toss! If she wanted Ross, she'd dump Pete and get with Ross.
The whole thing is absolute rubbish. God I hope they've got some better stuff the rest of the week, my patience was sorely tried tonight. ![]() ![]() I don't even need to watch the Debbie and Ross stuff to be bored by it, I'm tempted to fast forward it and I have NEVER done that. ![]() I wouldn't hold your breath for an improvement.

I had high hopes for him as a character when he first arrived - I liked the cheeky cockiness of him and loved the witty sarcasm's against Cain. But now I'm just completely bored of the plot driven rubbish of a character he has become - and yeah, the let's-throw-in-a-cute-scene-with-April every now & then is just pathetic non-character building one-dimensional drivel. They can't even be creative with this damned affair - tonight's scene with Debbie was pretty much just a re-run of the Aaron / Robert scenario. |

![]() Kate Oates was so good at character development at the beginning of her stint. We had all of the siege stuff, and then Robbie's transformation into a worthwhile character. Then something must have changed at the top because summer last year is where everything became plot-driven with little to no character development. It's a shame because it was off to an amazing start.

I usually defend Ross to the hilt (especially in the episode threads) but even though he is getting plenty of screen time at the moment, I am not buying any of the Debbie/Charity nonsense.

They'll probably kill off Finn so they can bring in a new boyfriend for Aaron.

![]() I think it's a shame that a character who is loaded with so much potential has been lumbered with a storyline that has been done so many times before, it's not even as though they are doing something new with it. ![]() Hopefully it turns out that the baby is, in fact, Declan's and when Charley Webb goes on maternity leave Ross will improve no end. It's what I am hoping for. ![]()

God I hope not. I'm sick to death of Aaron and I wish he'd never come back. So many things on the show have been a bit pants since he arrived last year. But yes, probably. UGH. Die, Aaron. ![]()

Sorry, but that is a very pointed and unfair question to ask!
![]() It is one thing to dislike someone in a soap and think they are/were very poor at their job, as you do with Sammy, but you're over-stepping the mark in trying to apportion some blame on Sammy for Jason deciding to leave. ![]() Fyi, Jason and Sammy loved working together and would go drinking together after filming. Declan and Katie were split a longtime before Jason left the show! A better question would be, would he have stayed if he wasn't paired with Charity? because it was when he was paired with her that Jason decided to quit.
