??? When I was a kid we used to go and see well established actors perform in the panto at Stirling's only professional theatre
I think up here the actors, regardless of how good they are seem to take any sort of work that's available. I would imagine a touring production would be a good training ground? I've heard some actors bemaning the demise of Rep Theatre, because of the skills they learned in doing a new play every week. I know that's not quite the same as touring with the same play, but surely gaining experience of doing live performance is a good thing? I would imagine there's only a small minority who can be choosyPersonally, I think its great that ED uses mainly decent actors and that regional theatres can afford professional casts.
As for Amy, I liked her after Kyle's birth. She had more depth and was turning into a likeable character. She regressed during the horrible Kyle kidnapping story. I could see Kerry far enough though, with her un-funny, pathetic antics. I hope the
