Mini Synopsis of Episode

The biggest most important thing that happened this ep is somebody installed a new lock on a door in The Grange, who did it? Why? and who cares?
Batty Emma accused lovely Carly of Child abuse and phoned social services who will hopely save April from having to be looked after by Moron
Carly got no support from Moron and let April be looked after by thin air in the future.
Bob who hasn't been outside the cafe since prison supported his daughter
And why did nobody think Moron did it.
Jai and megan came to an agreement
Jai isn't supposed to see Leyla so guess what's bound to happen within a week
Sam still loves Megan to her horror

And the best most joyful thing about the episode is that Crybaby wasn't in it.

The thign that really pissed me off is how Marlon and Chas were so quick to believe psycho baby smothering Emma, this woman has proven time and time again that she is insane, why does anyone believe anything she says...especially Chas who got locked in the basement by her. I really don't get the writing for Emma one day she will be locking Chas in a basement and the next day she's giving out medical advice to the villagers.

Hey that would have been a good idea! Surely that happens. It would be sad & tragic & therefore perfect for a soap... Certainly better than reshuffling couples again.

She' s crazy, that' s why she can switch so easily from one to the other I think that Chas and Marlon are being swayed by what they know happened to Aaron, and also Chas and Cain. Everybody probably looks like a potential abuser to them just now.

I can see Chas being more cautious cuz of what happened to Aaron but come on would she really take Emma's word for it? Why does anyone take anything that woman says seriously? If it were just about any other character making the accusations I'd understand them believing it, but not Emma.

Yeah but they' be got physical ' proof' in the form of the bruises. I really just think they' re hyper sensitive at the moment - Chas usually dismisses Emma as a stirrer. I suspect just now you could tell them that Sandy had abused one of their kids and they' d believe it Plus, she is a stirrer but in other ways she' s been reliable and responsible. I guess they don' t think she' d have reason to lie.

Well they are both looking real stupid and IMHO it was clear from Carly's reaction that she was innocent, plus April said it wasn't her. And speaking of April why is she so afraid to tell Marlon that its Leo hurting her? Most siblings love to snitch on the other

Yeah, they' be totally over reacted, but that' s what tends to happen in these situations, I guess. April overheard Marlon discussing her jealousy of Leo, so super- sophisticated six year old that she is, she' s interpreted that as Marlon not believing her, although as far as we know Marlon is aware of Leo' s violent tendencies and has never taken Leo' s side against April. That said said Marlin can also be a right or at, so even a six year old could figure out ge' s not to be relied on

I suppose given that Carly is an employee, if she was working in a school they would have to accept the allegation had been made, and for the sake of all concerned keep her away from April. The thing is, you would expect them to investigate it further. I suppose Marlon' s had the seeds of doubt down in his mind, and he just doesn' t feel safe leaving his daughter with Carly which is his right really. Personally I think he should have bided his time and asked a few more questions, but it' s easy to say that when you're on t the parent. People do tend to have quite extreme reactions to this stuff these days, in complete contrast to the situation twenty years ago.

I get what you're saying I just felt bad for Carly and wish Marlon and Chas had handled things better or that Psycho Mama Barton would mind her own damn business.

Mark; when / how do you watch ED instalments? Are you a day behind or?

Poor Carly mud sticks and being accused of that would be very hurtful especially given her loss of a child.

Glad April told the truth now, wonder where this is going

I don't want to stir up a hornet's nest, but exactly this. I was touched last night, it felt real, partly because we've not seen Carly get emotional before, and we know how much she loves April, and she's likeable. The other thing that I won't name - just don't believe a second of it. Written to press buttons.

Analysis Of Emmerdale Characters.

Dedicated to the wonderful and excellent acting of Gemma Atkinson, see that proper emotion not like the fake cynical bull crap served up by the cry babies endless storylines.

1) Carly - showed why she was such an angry bitter person when she first arrived after suffering such a tragedy while all alone, extremely well acted, and analysis central awards her the golden blossom award for great acting.

makes a change from having to give a rotten gooseberry award daily for the crybaby. have awarded 2023 of those

So great acting and emotions make such a change of pace, kwynne likes.

2) Social services lady - just barged into both the morons and Carly's houses showed no ID and got down straight to be business of accusing people of abuse, oi lady wait to be asked in and stop being so rude.

3) WHere to even start with the Moron this episode,

1) Perhaps Moron you should ask April what happened before you accuse people.
2)Let people speak

4) April great character and posters are just jealous if they think otherwise heh since she has more talent than the whole of DS at 6/7, liked her trying to protect Leo.

5) Rakesh hasn't combed his hair in days he must be in deep trouble

6) Priya hasn't noticed the lack of combing.

7) Moira has appeared for the first time in months.

8) Cain can't find where Charity went, par for the course really

9) Sam, his time is up your boat is overdue and you should leave the screen immediately

10 Megan pawed the ground with an anxious hoof

Kwynne notices there aren't loads of threads praising Carly unlike every time cry baby cries.

Come on Kwynne, you know there's only space for one Greatest Actor of All Time Who Is Oscar Worthy And Will Sweep The Board At Next Week/Month/Year's Award Show Of An Unspecified Nature©.

Gemma was great last night. Danny has also been great. Nice to see some top class acting on the show. I don't really see the need to praise an actor by continually making digs about another one but that is just me. Nice to see Danny give huge praise to Gemma on his Official Twitter too. They are such a close bunch on Emmerdale.

I haven't watched last nights offering yet but I also thought Gemma Atkinson was great on Monday night when she was accused. I really felt for her.
