Emmerdale is overflowing with dullness atm - Dan, Bob, Doug! Why can't they find these characters some decent sls? Or is it just the writing?

Doug is horrible he has been nasty to so many different characters that I've lost count and don't lump Bob in with Dan and Doug, he is a good character they just need to get him away from the horrible Wendy.

Bob didn't use to be dull but he's another character that is just used for odd 'comedy' moments - like the blue teeth! He's been dull, dull, dull for months now and it's time they did something about it.

Yeah I've seen old stuff with Bob and to me he seemed much more interesting when he was with Viv. Brenda really has brought him down, I really wish they hadn't dropped the idea of him and Harriet, I think she might have been able to breathe some life into him.

I may have got his name wrong, I am pretty sure it was Alex.
He was a farm worker for John and Moira, I think he may have been Moira's toyboy at one point. Cameron killed him at Christmas, and then everyone forgot about him
