You make a good point but I think James' comments took Aaron over the edge

Yes, exactly!! Good Lord. "Oh god, my married lover is spending time with his WIFE! Boo hoo!" Comes with the territory, mate, get over it.

Seriously, only Aaron could smash a bottle over someone's head and it's everybody's fault - Robert's, Chrissie's, James's - but never his.

Yeah i agree, he was angry over James cheating on his mom, Robert letting him down and then seeing him with Chrissie and James comments was what pushed him over the edge

exactly and James having a hot head son like Aaron should have known better than to say something like that to him.

So let's get this straight: it is James's OWN fault that Aaron smashed a bottle over his head. Not poor ickle Aawon's at all.

Christ on a bike. Sorry, but this is exactly what I loathe about Aaron being back on the show. He's a hateful self-indulgent violent little shoite, but every single hateful thing he does is made out to be someone else's fauilt.

I wish he'd go boil his stupid head, and I cannot wait for him to leave.

WTF?!

I have a really, really short temper but I'd never think of hitting someone over the head with a bottle, never mind expecting my victim to take the blame! C&S has it exactly right - he really is a "hateful self-indulgent violent little shoite", and I'm not excusing him because of "all he's been through", his "struggle" with being gay or any of the other pathetic excuses he trots out which don't stand up after so long.

If there was a roll eyes smilie still, it would be used in abundance with regard to these posts.

I quite liked Aaron in his first stint, he was part of what engrossed me so much into the show. But it's been 5 years since then and he seemed to have grown a little when he first arrived back but this thing with Robert has taken him right back to where he started and I have had enough of him.

He has at least binned Robert off since he tried to kill him but I expect it's only temporary.

Look on the bright side, Sam, there's an explosion next week and HE STILL MIGHT DIE!

I'm clinging to utterly blind optimism here.

She almost went to prison, for murder, for her. I think she did her bit to protect her lol

As long as you are praying for Aaron's demise instead of Debbie's, that's fine by me

Debbie can live, for now.

She has some making up to do though.
Aaron on the other hand, I hope his demise is imminent (though slightly less imminent than Robert's)

Damn. I'll settle for just Aaron then. Though I suspect his copious tears will extinguish any fire and float him to safety.

Well said. Aaron struggling with his sexuality meant a massive justification for his acts if violence. All he needed to do was turn on the tear stick waterworks and it was somehow ok.

Aaron is a good guy he deep down, he just has a bit of a temper and James pushed him too far that day and got what he deserved.

I wish Debbie had gone to jail for her then we wouldn't be dealing with the horrible Ross/Debbie pairing that is 100x worse than Maurel and bordering on Frindsey levels of annoyance.

Horrible little Lachlan is willing to risk his grandad health or life to get even with Robert, that is just evil

I don't think DS allow that kind of language.

Don't agree with that at all. Football fans are extremely passionate but also realistic. I never see comments from 4th division clubs say their their players are amazingly brilliant.
They know the level they are at unlike many on here who confuse moderate soap level actors and acting with real work class in demand actors.

But spunger, nobody has said, Michael Parr is so brilliant he should be in movies.

I think people are entitled to praise somebody's performance regardless of the media if they thought it was good. That's not to say that they think he is being scouted to be in a movie as we speak. I thought he was good last night but I shouldn't have to put a disclaimer in my post stating that while I enjoyed it I don't think he should be in movies. This is a soap forum so everything we say is in regards to soaps.

If it wasn't I would say Michael Parr is so good he could be in movies.
