Did they do an onscreen tribute to Kitty McGeever at the end of the credits yet?/

She said to Ross that she nearly died and her kids would have been left with no one. So in future it had to be about the kids. That's her opinion now This week

Please, they wouldn't notice if there thot of a mother is gone, they are probably more concerned that Pete isn't around since he spent more time with them than Debbie has.

LOL, right. Sarah probably tells her friends "I don't have a mom, I have two dads, Andy and Pete"

Can the Ross/Debbie story get any more boring, yaaawn? I am hoping the writers will soon have them driving off into the sunset (in a stolen car, of course, the owner of which has had his head bashed in by Ross)

I'm not watching the show right now. Was Debbie's response "what kids?"
![]() I'm just bored by this tedious crap about Debbie never having her kids, no soap parent ever seems to worry about childcare but hey don't have the stick Debbie gets Kwynne feels better after mini rant

Except on the numerous occasions she actually has them you mean or they are upstairs, seriously other soap children are seen just as rarely but their parents don't get the hard time Debbie does do they.
When was the last time anyone saw Arthur with either Laurel or Ashley? Or the twins with Bob? Or Amba with Priya? David had Amba the other day and I didn't see one person say 'Oh Priya's dumped her kid' - Which FYI its not called dumping your kids when they are with their father. Who has equal responsibility in caring for their kids. Kids are only in scenes when they absolutely have to be. Take the recent scenes with Debbie and Pete - can you image the stress them crying, shouting and screaming at each other would cause the little lad who plays Jack? Watching characters getting their kids up, giving them breakfast, getting them dressed, taking them to school/playgroup/childminders, picking them up, giving them their tea, baths, bedtime stories ect is boring and they aren't going to put that on screen. Doesn't mean we aren't suppose to believe it happens. |

Doesn't mean we aren't suppose to believe it happens. The only thing I might add is that while we cannot expect to see the kids more, it would be nice if they were a little more present through their parents actions. It does annoy me at times how all parents can work full time, sit in the cafe and the pub for hours, and just generally have all the time in the world for their friends' problems. |

For me, the most interesting thing about Ross is that he is always just one step away from achieving true happiness and going over to the 'good' side. Everyone thinks he's a waste of space and a walking disaster, but the truth is had he got his happy ever after with Donna or Debbie, then I genuinely think he would start to leave his bad days behind him.
He's a very effective tragic character is Ross. |

I agree. I like Ross and he has been given a far more interesting character than his dad and 2 brothers. He is clearly a troubled soul - like his mum.
