Good for him! He was certainly an extremely competent candidate if I remember correctly.

Can't wait for Series 11 btw!

he was like all the recent "investment" winners.

He wanted the cash to set himself up doing what he was already doing for someone else.

Those that at interview stage come up with an idea for something they have no experience in - soon get a reality check.

Some of the star candidates have failed as their business plans were too high risk.

Alan Sugar is not a "dragon", he is really investing in the person, so the business idea has to "take care of itself". No point in them learning to run their own business fomr scratch - if they are also learning how that Industry functions as well.

Agree the business sounds like an idea from 2005. Also whats the chances all of the other Sugar businesses now use this one for their SEO services. He had a list of clients ready to go on day 1.

I don't tend to root for someone when they root for themself as much as he does.
I just think "Well, you don't need anything from me."
Even though I think his arrogance comes from insecurity.

The only bit of series 10 that I'd ever rewatch is when he totally crumbles during that pitch. I imagine myself being in the room drinking a big glass of water.

He was clearly the smart choice out of the two finalists though. Bianca was very vague and didn't really have a clue how her business was going to function.
