Were the producers trying to save Jack, or get rid?

that stunt they pulled on friday, closing the lines of all the safe housemates and reopening with the 2 with the most evict votes, making it Simon vs Jack.

was it an attempt to save Jack, as Jack was perhaps leading with the votes by a small amount, Or was it to save Simon as Simon was leading with the votes by a small amount?

either way i cant see why on earth they would want to save Jack as he does not really bring anything at all. but this is what alot of people are saying.

Probably save Jack, a lot of people were talking about him compared to Simon last week, even if it was in a negative manner.

Don't they usually freeze the votes and tell se people that they're safe when a lot of them are up? It happens a lot, so I don't think it's a conspiracy to save someone on purpose.

And what exactly did Simon being, while we are at it? Fake, crocodile crying minus the tears? Whinging, whining... 'Showbiiiiizzz' that really got old quickly. It is without question that the right person went. At least Jack bothers to muck in with people. I'm proud to say I voted to save Jack!

IIRC this is the first time this series the phone lines were frozen.

Hmmmm......I thought it may be because BB wanted to make Jack, and viewers think that Jack was not as popular as he thought, and give him a chance to turn it all around. Could be wrong though......usually am..

Simon brought nothing of note or interest. Unless its interesting to laugh with derision at a grown man trying to cry fake tears for the cameras. After that he disappeared completely. BB must bitterly regret bringing back a man with the showbiz value of a second hand elton john wig.

Because it was the first time that more than 5 had been up, simply. They've done it many times before though, with no complaints. Clearly there is still bitterness about the fact Jack stayed, that's what it all boils down to.

BB, it's producers, and the voters can't please everyone, and if you wanted a different result, you should have voted more!
