Nick is the biggest game player getting the public sympathy by apologising for something so as to make Harry look like the bad one.

I disagree - I think Nick is quite chilled out and is just plodding along with things. Harry is quite overbearing and very sensitive, it seems. I don't think they're a good match at all - Harry is very stroppy and immature in a relationship scenario. Granted, Nick isn't perfect but I don't see how he's "mugging her off" - he spends a lot of time with her so it's obvious he will be more relaxed with her. if she can't handle that, she needs to move on.
