After reading from the link I love Nikki even more. I have a niece with anorexia and I understand everything she talks about. If only a square of dark chocolate would make my niece better I would be on the first plane to Brazil to buy the country.
Helen shames herself again trying to get understanding for her own paranoia.

Her point wasn't even about the warning per se but just how some things aren't shown, the warning just being an example, although we all knew that anyway.”

She said Nikki's warning wasn't shown, but hers was. She is acting like Nikki's warning was a big deal, it was not. No point in mentioning it unless it was something big.
