BIB is exactly why they were kind to her.

I think that Aisleyne and Nick were spot on about Marc and Marc has only tried to be nice to Ais and Nick to try and get them on side so they didn't nominate him. Danny was right about Nick being his own person, he spent a lot of time with both Marc and Brian and could see for himself how much Marc antagonised Brian. I feel that Marc fans need to take off their rose tinted glasses and see Marc for who he really is. I am not a fan of any of these housemates but I was impressed with how honest Nick was for once even though he finds it so hard to nominate face to face. The likes of Marc and Harry having a go at Nick for speaking his mind was out of order and it was good that Ais and Danny stuck up for him. If this did not prove who the real bully of the house was out of Marc and Brian then nothing will. Well done Nick!!!!

the only reason marc challenged nicks reason is because he felt it was untrue
I doubt he would have said a word if the reason was "you're annoying, noisy, boisterous, pushy etc...."
someone stands in front of you, in front of a group of people, and says untruths.....you put them straight....I know I would anyway.

In other word he can control himself under provocation, threats from Danny etc, whereas Danny has no self control .

Do you even know what passive aggressive means?

Ummmmm..... she did say last night that she detested Marc, or words to that effect. I think that falls a long way short of being "besotted".

How insulting of you

I know what it means and I don't agree Marc is being passive aggressive. He knows how to control himself, unlike the control freak Danny who loses it even when Marc is just chatting to the other HMs.

He needs to back off and allow people to be themselves. Instead he is smothering them by trying to look like a "big man". All he does is show himself up as the fool he is.

This.

But he didn't, and Danny has, and on more than one occasion. He's an aggressive prick.

Some of us know the difference between aggression and frustration, thank god

As soon as Danny asks someone why they've said something a feeling of dread must wash over them. Within five minutes of him inserting himself into a conversation, the other person has either given in and agreed with him, or he is barking "shut up" at them. He is so controlling and vindictive imo.

It is insulting of her but I was actually referring to Danny with that comment.

He's sly, he tries to use his status in the house as a way of intimidation while getting his henchmen wound up with his bitching and often succeeds but drops his guard when he's had a drink and you see it all come out.

That's the whole point tho, she hates Marc, she said so during that, but she was still trying to be fair to him. She's not one of the clique, she's not one of Marc's friends, so she could be said to be the only one that's actually objective in there as she has no loyalties to either side.

Exactly, hence why Danny was like a rabid dog making sure he confronted Harry about it.

If Sam had said it he'd no doubt have let it go, assuming peeps would expect Sam to back Marc - but Harry added a lot more weight to the fact the Brian nomination 'reason' was completely false.

LOL it's more a case of knowing that if he goes against Danny and co he will be a target, he knows full well that they expect him to go with their wishes and that Marc won't hold it against him for longer than 5 minutes. He does things to make things easy for himself because he's wishy washy, he even throws Harry to the wolves when he needs to, then goes snivelling back when he wants things done for him. He could only think of the water splashing incident when Marc wanted to know exactly what he'd done to "intimidate" Brian, and none of the others could come up with anything else either, which is why Danny stepped in to shut it down in case the viewers cottoned on to his and Brian's games.

I wasn't being insulting. I was asking a genuine question because to me Marc is by far the most passive aggressive.

You were being insulting.

I still disagree with you. Danny is a prat of the highest order. He's sly, sneaky and aggressive and he can't argue for nuts. That's why he loses his temper, lashes out and threatens to bottle people.

He should be thrown out of the house pronto.

She wasn't "sucking up to Marc" or doing it because she agreed with Marc. It was just another chance for her to have a go at Nick.

Is that what you really think to have a go at Nick for what, maybe she done it because she thought it was the right thing to do or its part of her master game plan

So why would she put herself in Danny's firing line just to do that, she said it almost without thinking about it, now wouldn't that suggest to you that she really believed what she was saying ? If she'd just wanted to have a go at Nick she would have waited until the others had all gone. She has no love for Marc, it was Helen she liked not him. She quite plainly said that she detested Marc.

100% correct.

He's an aggressive control freak; an admirable quality, seemingly in a BB housemate these days.

Do you know what passive aggresive is?

Marc is not subtle with anything he does to people in there and is certainly not sly and sneaky about it like Danny, he's in your face so fail to see how that could be passive aggresive when his tactic has been to be like a bull in a China shop.

PS. I'm trying to be insulting.
