As Marc would say "its only banter". Seems he has a sense of humour failure when he is the butt of the joke. He didnt mind so much in the pledge task thiugh did he when he was calling the shots?
I think its a very funny clip for all sorts of reasons.”
That was really awkward when Marc asked if he fancies Christian. He looked really embarrassed and uncomfortable. There might actually be some truth to it.

No, someone working in a kitchen does not massage a guests feet at that guests whim.
An employee does not sit down and join the guests because that guest tells them; they would lose their job for doing that, not for not doing that.

This isn't real life, it's play acting. The 'guests' can be as awkward and demanding as they like
Danny and Joel have requested a foot massage from Cristian and a chat with Nick. But Hotel BB’s concierge Marc thinks that’s not their job. Tensions are running high in the lobby.
+ Is Marc outing Joel's crush on Cristian? ”
Poor ol Marc, he really doesn't like being on his own standing or doing anything where he's not with the lads ,,,,,, and having a laugh.
Love the fact Marc's making it difficult for Danny and Joel to boss Nick about , Danny hates that. Even in a task , Marc finds a way to still be in control.

I'm not 100% sure but I believe that in a £1200 per night hotel the guests can pretty much get away with anything (within reason). Obviously not the bit about the foot massage, that was just being daft but the part about an employee sitting down with a guest because he was asked to is probably right. In fact - foot massage? - maybe even that

I have stayed as a guest in those sorts of hotel and yes you can pretty much do and get whatever you want. And it doesnt always have to be within reason either
