C) I always thought Marc was a great HM in that he's not afraid to go all out and provided some good laughs at the beginning. But then he got in with Helen and it all went a bit tits up and his nasty side, which was always there, came out to the full. Don't love him, don't hate him. Just appreciate that he's entertaining to watch. His DR rant about McCrirrick was hilarious.”

Same here, he may not have ranked on my upmost favourites all the time but I have always liked him and think he has been unfairly tarred with the Helen hate brush

As a housemate, I've always liked him. He said he wanted to shake things up, and he did. Is he always particularly likeable? No, certainly not. And I probably wouldn't want him as a friend. But it's Big Brother - it's an entertainment programme! He's been a great housemate who has been at the centre of most of what's gone on in there, and for me the show would have been considerably duller had he not been in there.

I think a lot of people (his housemates and some of the public) take him WAY too seriously.

Loved him at first, hated him when he became Helen's lap dog, and now I love him again.

I disliked him until I heard him speak, cos he looks like a douche. First thing I saw was when he apologised for what he said to Chloe and said '"it was a joke... Not the best joke, admittedly" which seemed perfectly reasonable. Then big man Danny steps in without having been privy to the convo.

No you are seeing what you BELIEVE to be the truth, in the same way Marc fans are seeing what they BELIEVE to be the truth. It's very arrogant to say your view and opinion is "reality", and that those who disagree are wrong.

Marc is the show, he's been entertaining from day one and hasn't changed at all regardless of Helen, Danny or ais.

I loathed him pre-bunker, but since he came back into the house I've started to like him. I will admit that the way he's dealt with Steptoe (Danny) has won him a few points with me.

Erm, I really hated him for all of about one show.

I quickly learnt not to take him so seriously, and he has been my fave since then

Slipped slightly on return from the bunker as he seemed less...playful than usual but he got that back after a day or two

Or you can't get past your hate to see what a large contribution he makes to this entertainment show.

It's good to know I'm not alone! And I just managed to multi-quote.
My life is complete.

Sadly I think that's what people many of his detractors are doing, take him with a pinch of salt as Dexter has highlighted.

I see what your saying regarding the bunker but his walls went up after the hms were so nasty when discussing him following his believed eviction.

He still creates the drama to make this dull series watchable.

I've really disliked many hms over the years but they 've deserved to stay over the deadwood, even if you watch it to hate them.

I have had enough drama from Big Brother in recent years. It's boring.

Id agree with you normally but these lot haven't got much else to offer so we'll have to settle for at least drama
