Go to the website and root around a bit. Eventually a survey comes up asking about this series compared to past series, how you watch the show, best content for the site etc. I know a lot of people have been complaining so why not get your voice heard now.

I think the problem is they did listen...
This forum is very representative of the type of people who respond to these sort of BB surveys but DS is rarely a good representation of the general viewing public.
We ended up with "normal", everyday housemates with personalities of damp sponge.
A couple weeks in and the ratings collapsed!! They had to cut half the cast.
NEVER LISTEN TO DS AGAIN.
Please BB - no "friendly personalities" and "bus drivers and supermarket attendants" looking for some 'fun'.
Stick to raging psychopaths, drag queens, borderline personalities and inflated egos. We know that shit works.

But we didn't end up with "normal" everyday HM's. Cristian, Danny, Marc, Eileen, Jade, Aaron, Simon. These people aren't "normal" everyday people.
Also, we asked for less interfering and less outside contact. I think by day 2 both of these things were happening.
We asked for better tasks, they have been worse than ever from the start of the series.
We asked for live feed, we haven't got that either.
They didn't listen to us at all.
