Joel is a very mature and confident 19 year old, I'm not his greatest fan but don't see why this gets viewed as a bad thing? Why do you think it's sad?

the way he speaks is awful, ' I want' 'you do this' he is really strange, I didn't mind him but he is slimy and awful, I guess like the people in the job he wants to do.
