Bush My Tablet reviews by other FMs required

The BUSH My Tablet looks to be my first choice of new Tablet PC but does anybody on here have one and is it any good?
Ideally it'd be another HP Stream 7 but these seem to have been discontinued butt Argos/Currys (why do the shops always retain the big players bust discontinue the lower end ones? )

Bush have always been considered to be the low end in quality for stuff.

Are you looking at a windows 8.1 bing tablet, and 7 inch or 8 inch, and what price?

You can get a Linx 8 tablet with W8.1 from Amazon for £85. This is a good model.

Note: it is unclear if windows 10 will be as good on tablets as 8.1/bing, as MS want to have a cut down version basically on screens less than 9" (without desktop basically), but they have indicated (but information is conflicting) that existing 8.1/Bing tablets should be able to have full windows 10.

So if you do buy, buy soon I guess?

My next door neighbour have a Bush tablet, It is ok, but beware it is rooted and some apps do not work on rooted devices, Sky Go for instance.

It is ok for the price, the screen could be better and sometimes it do not respond quick enough

I'm only getting a new one because my trusty HP Stream 7 didn't survive Wednesday night's walk home in the downpour (It' gone a bit Total Recall/Rogue Trooper as I can still remember the password to my Microsoft account and the SD card has some of the contents on it and I can transfer it onto a new Windows tablet).

Anyway, Sixty Quid from Argos (you know me and how I'm mostly happy with cheap
hard/software {but I CAN'T USE PAINTSHOP PRO, XPD and Magix Music maker and MS Works on it which isn't BUSH'S fault) and I don't want anything fancy. As long as it lets me watch films, go on the internet, do a bit of gaming, do some writing, listen to music, get some video footage and I can always edit the photos in you know what (I might call the new tablet IF I can obtain a windows one Cthulhu since I called my ex-tablet Lovecraft.

I think the 7" @ £60 is an android tablet, and the 8" @ £70 is a W8.1 tablet - pay the xtra £10?

It's the 8 incher definetly,
I could have got one today but I decided to let it wait (I've got the SD card and can remember my MS account for it and the password).
By waiting another week it'll give me something to work for and look forwards to and besides, it's a good job I retained my Pocket PC.
Question, why do some people think that once a gadget gets updated to a later version, the previous one becomes obsolete?
Pocket PCs might be obsolete but they still work,
It's lie saying who needs a flint axe or stone club in the 21st century when we have guns? A flint axe could still cave an unprotected head in and in a Post Apocallyptic future, forgotten skills could still come in useful that superglue, cricket bat and those razorbaldes could be combined to make an Aztec style sword and this COOR's LIGHT coaster (Free with a pack of four bottles/cans of Coor's) would be good as a street hockey puck..
