Lisa
I am wondering if Jane Cox is leaving Emmerdale. We see less and less of Lisa and more and more of Joannie. She seems to have taken over at Dingle Palace. Just a thought!

Yeah I noticed that Joanie has settled herself in nicely at the Dingles. Not sure how I feel about that one. Lisas shouty style and never doing any work and getting sacked and reinstated at the factory is getting tiresome now.

I really do like Lisa.. but her leaving wouldn't be terrible. I'm just not sure if they'd do it yet, as Belle has only really just gotten herself on her feet.
Of course, it could just be that Lisa is transitioning into the group of characters with Pearl/Edna/Sandy etc. who appear more sparsely. |

It did not take Joanie long to plop her feet under the table at Chez Dingle, did it? Could we be heading for a 'steamy' love triangle between her, Zak and Lisa? It is the "summer of infidelity" after all. /yawn/

I don't think Zak would cheat, but then again who knows in soap!

I prefer Joanie to Lisa come to think of it. Lisa's bellowing voice and Halloween cake face has got really wearing after a while.

Joanie annoyed me with all the Kyle stuff, but hopefully that's all becoming better now though.

Maybe they're setting Belle up for a major relapse. She's distressd enough now with losing her faithful friend Hamish
If she were to lose her mother too(summer stunt) she may end up in a worse state than before.

Lisa often visits Granny Clegg but this seemed out of the blue. She was making plans for a christening then disappeared. Maybe she's ill?

I wouldn't miss Lisa at all, complete waste of time her being there. I have always wondered though why she is " Lisa" to the Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren and not "Granny Lisa" After all Nellie is never mentioned these days and I don't think they have even met her.

Some years ago Zak went to the funeral of one of his mates and ended up sleeping with the widow.

Nellie is still alive, she is in Ireland.
Jane Cox has been in Emmerdale for nearly 20 years making her the longest serving female in it had present....we all know what happens to them....Betty...Viv... |

Yes, it was during his cancer scare and it was a fellow sufferer who died unexpectedly. It was more about the widows grief and her need for comfort.
