Regrettably, I have had to accept I need to wear hearing aids, but still a few weeks to wait on NHS. I know modern aids have the T-coil system. Also some mobiles have T coil capability. Does anybody have experience of using mobiles with T-coil capability and how effective is it?

I ask because I know you can also buy an external T-coil transmitter that you plug in to the headphone socket but wonder how good a built in capability is?
