Probably dealt 70p purely for the fact that nobody has ever won 70p and now he's the first person ever on DOND to win £10,000.70!

I notice he asked if that was the lowest amount ever dealt at. Which it obviously isn't, Igor dealt at 2p, and I'm sure there's been some other odd low amount deals like 23p or something. I don't know if anybody's ever dealt at 3p or 4p. Anybody finishing with the two lowest blues should take the deal offered, just for the novelty value.

The question arises, although it is of largely academic interest, as to what the lowest unique winning amount is, ie - the lowest amount only one person has won. I think somebody won a quarter of a penny once, but it's arguable if that should count, as it's not a real amount of money you can actually spend.

I don't think it's 2p, somebody has probably won the penny and got Double on Box23, so I suspect there's been more than one 2p winner.

It might be 3p, if somebody finished with the 10p and the 1p and dealt at it. It would be even more impressive if they got halved on Box23, then they'd win only one and a half pence. That would be the lowest possible unique amount.

Maybe Coupon Boy knows.

Lowest unique amount won is 4p by Mark from October 2008: http://www.dond.co.uk/forum/viewtopi...sd=a&start=100

I think the hypo-swap confirmed that Gavin dealt mainly for the fun of it. I would've wanted to Deal too, but I'd probably negotiate an offer of 69p or 71p first so I could join the half penny club if Box 23 had half.

Is there any way of finding out where they'll be touring? I wouldn't mind seeing one.

They are very vague about where the tour is going

Only Noel is giving out little tidbits about where the tour has been already

Cornwall (Eden Project)
Manchester (Trafford Centre)
Lancashire (East Lancashire Railway)

They have also filmed in Alexandra Palace today

I've had a quick look and the places where the tour have been only seem to have been revealed on the actual day that they're filming, which is a shame because when I first heard about the tour, I thought it was going to be in theatres and arenas and the contestant would be picked from the audience or something.

Interesting game, I read it through from the start. You can't really blame him for turning down the £20K. It was a poor offer considering he still had the top two and the £50K. Then he gets the ultimate disaster round and loses all three. Which is 3/8 x 2/7 x 1/6 which is roughly about a fifty to one shot.

He was correct to deal at 4p, as I say, just for the novelty value. Back then, of course, if you dealt at 4p, you knew you were winning 4p. None of this, oh blimey, I've just won ten thousand pounds, not 4p after all.

Hello everyone.

I enjoyed yesterday's game in a strange way, even though it was a very unlucky game, in fact, it was quite possibly the unluckiest game I've ever seen... Until box 23 of course.

He deserved the +£10,000 though.

I'd offer £3,800 here, I'd predict £2,800 here.

£1,800, I think it is too low, the £250,000 is still on the board, and £1,800 would be an opening offer, if the £250,000 went.

I was only £200 out!

My offer but not prediction.

Into another game we go

Noel starts today by recapping Gavin's topsy turvy game from yesterday

And playing today will be DAVE

He has brought BOX 9 to the table

Dave is a children's entertainer and clown from Cornwall

We immediately see a pic of Dave and his dad in their clown attire, his dad unfortunately passed away last year

The banker calls and says he has found Noel's replacement, and Miss Payment brings on a Noel made of balloons which Dave created

Dave's brother Jim is in the audience for support, along with his auntie, mum and fiance

Housekeeping is done and we are underway for Dave's game

Don't groan the £5,000.

I'd offer £13,500 here since Noel said an average wedding is about £12,000-15,000.
