Older people make more money and can spend more money and they don't take to people who call women cumbuckets nor people who think 50 is ready for the knackers yard.

Some people do have jobs and an income and can spend what they like on what they like. How easy is it to spend 20 or 25 pounds in a few hours or less at a bar?”

Easily. IMO, at least drinking in a bar has some social and physical benefits to it. He/she free to do whatever and I'm free to have an opinion on it . Gloating about spending £25 on damn BB, is pathetic and will get you the side eye from me.

Cheers chief! Should have thought more before I posted though, I think 'BB Producers in Catastrophic Arse and Elbows Mix Up Shocker' has a better ring to it (no pun intended!)

Going to an eviction would cost me £30+ in petrol - I'd much rather spend it all on votes, a takeaway and some booze if I'm staying in to watch on a Friday night. (Not that I'm interested in doing either but seems logical that some people will think that way.)

Fair enough. I really liked him and I was disappointed but c'est la vie. DS are a passionate bunch!

Are you saying that the viewers shouldn't multi-vote?

There will always be anomalies in the voting but with either VTE or VTS people will still multi-vote. It has always happened.”

I wonder why they changed it to VTE?

talk about sore losers - how many times did Marc fans want BB to fix it for him to stay ? he's been shown enormous favoritism by the producers this series .

It has always been VTE as far as I can remember then they change to VTS in the final. I seem to remember them trying VTS maybe once but then they changed back again to VTE.

I think you need to get a life if you watch BB anyway.

Who goes......you decide

BB should always be about us deciding who we want to evict

That is the beauty of the format and why it engaged with viewers

It all started going pear shaped when the producers tried to keep housemates who were disliked and caused trouble by introducing vote to save

When that didn't give the producers the power they needed they brought in immunity, nominations swaps and regular twists to maintain their storylines

Early BB shows created drama and conflict by using clever tasks and psychological games. These days it's just lazy production. They can't be assed to come up with inventive mind games and just chuck in outsiders, ignore nominations and show the housemates what the outside world is saying about them. You might as well scrap noms and give them all smartphones

This has been one of the few true evictions of the series and the voters spoke.

All this whinging and moaning is futile and if the BB producers seriously think that they'd done enough in the edit to drive up support for Marc they need their bumps felt.

I hope they're capable of creating something great for the last couple of weeks without outside interference. There's still enough good characters in there if they would just try and play to their good and bad traits.

Come on producers. Show us what your made of.

Of course it did, 'fans' are upset because their fav lost. Simple as.

The fact that he has fans is almost beyond belief but that's a different topic.

There's no evidence that anyone did...it sounds more like speculation than fact. Marc picked up 35% of the popular vote on here, that means that 65% did not want him to win. That's more than enough to get him out.

Some people prefer watching tv to watching people puke outside a pub.

Some people don't have the use of their legs or suffer disabilities that make it impossible to go out.

I have my own ideas of what is pathetic and it's not spending one's own money if one wants to on whatever they want to. I don't expect anyone else to think like me or be like me.

See this is the sort of rational thinking that got Marc evicted. It is no good voting in a poll if you are not prepared to put your money where your mouth is

I have watched every one since the off, apart from the last 2 when I turned off before the end. The forum is a bit of a drug I'm afraid and harder to turn off. I've been here a long time now, it's like my second home

Exactly, if some people did multi-vote to get Marc out (which we only have speculation for), then I don't see how that's any different from all those cliquey social media campaigns to get out Jale, Winston and the failed ones to get out Sam BB14 and Jack. At the end of day, Marc got the most votes, so he was evicted. Personally, I never got all the hype over him anyway.

But it happens in vote to save, too. People do have more money than sense....I remember Steven Goode from last year's BB saying he spent £20,000 voting for Helen.

It does surprise me BB don't give out the Samaritans phone number on a Friday night.
