Yeah, I think Max being falsely arrested actually creates the most drama, as then we'll have Ian and Jane commiserating over the "moral dilemma" they're now facing knowing that Max is innocent. Of course, Ian will more than likely blubber that Max deserves to be in jail for screwing around with
Luuuuuu-cy while Jane wants to do the stoic thing and fall on her sword and confess to the crime herself in order to save the little Demon Seed Bobby from being locked up.
At some point, Lauren will arrive ready to spill the beans, but even she will be stopped because someone will remind her that since she's in on the secret, she could be locked up as well for perverting the course of justice.
My guess would be that Max will probably sit in jail for about the same number of weeks Phil was recently locked up on false charges over Ronnie's car accident. In the meantime, the Beales and Lauren will try to figure out what to do.
The only question is, could Max's false arrest and incarceration actually lead to a life-changing epiphany of sorts when he finally finds true love with that hot young cellmate of his?
