I suspect Max is in the frame, but cleared fairly quickly leading to Jake Wood's exit.

Lola's a good theory, but the only person that could tie in with the (known!) "evidence" is Max and the blood at the car lot. Unless they've actually found other evidence and are not going to be using what they found before in some way.

I still think it's Max, but Lola is a good shout. However, Cindy is also a possibility...but surely Ian and Jane wouldn't allow that to happen?! Or then again...

Bobby confessing to someone is interesting, but I'd of thought they'd keep him going until he ends up killing Jane for her exit years down the line.

Max also had a drop of blood fall on his shoe from lucy. I'd be disappointed if it ends up being max...but this is Eastenders

Lola and Liam are due to leave also, so who knows.

If Cindy is in the frame, surely Ian and Jane would do everything they could to protect her...not because they care about her but because they want to save theirs and Bobby's bacon. When questioned by the police, Cindy would spill the beans.

Not if Jane framed her by using lucy's phone and purse so it all points to her. Not sure how it would work, but she kept them for a reason. Can you remember what happened to lucy's jewellery Box? Was that kept?. Or Cindy spills the beans, and they're pushed into the dilemma of framing cindy or giving up Bobby.

Max. Already stated previously. Briefly my points are that it was already settled up in the flashback ep(him staring at the door), already leaving for a year I think, DTC says some faces returning due to it(Lauren's meant to be back at the same time), also provides a legitimate reason for Lauren to return separately from Peter, as Peter already knows the truth and can't bare it and Lauren would return for her dad. And fifth maybe Carols exit tied to this..

Yeah, I think Max being falsely arrested actually creates the most drama, as then we'll have Ian and Jane commiserating over the "moral dilemma" they're now facing knowing that Max is innocent. Of course, Ian will more than likely blubber that Max deserves to be in jail for screwing around with Luuuuuu-cy while Jane wants to do the stoic thing and fall on her sword and confess to the crime herself in order to save the little Demon Seed Bobby from being locked up.

At some point, Lauren will arrive ready to spill the beans, but even she will be stopped because someone will remind her that since she's in on the secret, she could be locked up as well for perverting the course of justice.

My guess would be that Max will probably sit in jail for about the same number of weeks Phil was recently locked up on false charges over Ronnie's car accident. In the meantime, the Beales and Lauren will try to figure out what to do.

The only question is, could Max's false arrest and incarceration actually lead to a life-changing epiphany of sorts when he finally finds true love with that hot young cellmate of his?
