He said he wasn't fussed about getting one. You shouldn't say those things if your don't mean it.

I thought Chloe was right there. He didn't get his letter but he did get his mum live and in person. Given the choice of a visit from or a letter from he got the best deal of all really.

No I totally am with Chloe there, I just thought it was harsh he had that happen and then had to take Sam's off her too. It was all so harsh.

It was nice to see how moved he was for Cristian's letter though, he was about to tear up.

What I love about BB - and what has been lacking a bit this series - is their sense of humour. The juxtaposition of these emotional, heartfelt moments with the absurdity of having to literally eat the letters is brilliant.

So Danny picked Nick and not Cristian to get a letter even after Cristian gave up the chance of his letter for Chloe.

Cristian must have felt a bit let down as he thinks Danny is his best mate. I know he is friends with Nick but it was a bit harsh of him. Luckily Cristian got his letter later on.

I can't understand how or why they were all so well behaved, to be honest. It seems like there was a silent acknowledgement between them all that nobody was going to lose their letter by another housemate choosing to up the prize fund by £5k instead. Some of them were in tears at the prospect of losing their letter or having to eat someone else's. If the actual letters were contained within those envelopes why didn't they just break the rules?

There's a time and a place to be rebellious and I think that was it. It isn't like powerful emotions compelled them to invade the camera runs, is it? And they couldn't keep their mouths shut during the red button task!

Were they allowed to pick their own letters? The instructions were a bit confusing.
