Chloe really passive aggressive towards Jack
tmj

It really seems like she doesn't like him, for a few episodes now. Snapping at him constantly, and I think he's blissfully naive to it all. I wonder if she's felt like that for a long time and Jack's boos have basically 'allowed' her to stop pretending, or if she's just tryign to distance herself because she thinks he's disliked. Jack's a bit of a buffoon, but at least he's genuine with his friendships

Perhaps after so many weeks together he's just getting on her nerves. I expect they're all getting on each others nerves TBH.

Chloe doesn't like any of them lol, she just keeps them onside to keep them sweet and not vote for her. I really do wonder what she's said to them for them all to always get things for her over everyone else ? Like saving her from the noms, getting her letter and all sorts of other things along the way ?

Well I would like to think I wouldn't fall in with anyone who feels friendship and trust are two separate and completely independent things (as he told Danny in the sky box) but yeah I think she's giving Jack a bit of a battering.

The sniff of a win is stirring her up at last and he's copping it, seems to me.

Where has this new BFF stuff between her and Sam come from btw?

<edit> Got this bit wrong and been corrected below

She must have known he'd nominate Sam and not her, so it's all just bollocks really innit.

Methinks she thinks they're the bottom two because of Friday's boos, and by saying she'd never nominate Sam and supposedly giving Jack the opportunity to do so instead she comes out smelling of roses

I think, since she's heard boos on his name, she's absolutely become more vocal about disliking and nagging him in situations. I'm guessing, she thinks it'll make her popular outside. She's doing really what Jack did to Simon. And although I love Jack, I did not support that. Not that Simon was a victim tough, he knew well how to play dirty.

Sam was already up for eviction so Chloe was the only option left. He might as well have just nominated her though, she would have given him a hard time either way!

Why was Chloe mad at Jack? She said it was based on some look he gave her after she smiled at him after Sam nominated him. What kind of look could explain her anger? I'm confused.

Chloe is essentially a bitch, dressed up as a "dead normal, down to earth, wouldn't hurt a fly, northern lass."

She's a Helen in Chloe's clothing if you will.

Jack was fuming in the Sky Box later that he hadn't saved himself sooner so Sam didn't get there, so that was probably what he was immediately thinking, and his face is rather 'demonstrative'.

Why Chloe took it as being about her...

I thought it was obvious that Jack didn't look at her like she was shit, as she said, and instead he was simply exasperated why she didn't press the button to put him up.
When he realised that it was just either him or her left who could be nominated I think he actually tried to do a gentlemanly thing.

She was probably more concerned about how bad she might look to the viewers if she had been seen to nominate him.

He didn't you're right. He looked at her in a way as if to say 'why didn't you press the button chloe'.....It was the nice thing to do, he done it for his 'friend' (chloe is far from a friend), it was Jack being genuine. I wish he had pressed it himself!

BIB - Absolutely.

Just caught up with the last segment of the show and she's off her head!

- Agrees with Harry when she shoutily berates Jack for saying he'd buy immunity

- Christian and Chloe say to each other they hate these money discussions

- Christian then asks Chloe if she'd leave for money, her brain whirrs, she asks if it means not taking money off someone else.

- His brain whirrs, he says yeah of course you'd leave for money if it was just for you and not 'robbing' the winner (can only imply this means he's asking if she'd take some of the winnings to leave) - she agrees and doesn't answer (having thought about it)

- Jack comes over and is honest - says he'd leave for money from the pot, Chloe lays into him

Yeah it's probably due to the edit, but couldn't make this shit up if you tried!!!

I'm going to ramble or think out loud since I am still confused (I sometimes over think things and I did not find it obvious). I am a Joel fan and don't really find Jack or Chloe better or worse than each other. They aren't in my top 3 or bottom 2.

I think their argument was strange.

I didn't see Jack make any specific look other than exasperation but we weren't shown his face the entire time. Regardless, I see no reason for him to make any look other than exasperation. He had a few reasons for an exasperated look:

1. frustration that he didn't push the button and get immunity--but he chose not to do that so maybe he was exasperated with himself (but he made that choice so it should have been a look of regret…ok, I'm nitpicking)

2. exasperated that his heroic gesture (if it was heroic) was missed---but it wasn't missed since he still didn't nominate Chloe and he would have been nominated anyway by Chloe or Sam…so he still looks the "hero" so why the look of exasperation

3. maybe he realized that Chloe now was doing the ladylike/polite thing to do with a friend and so she was the hero (LOL)…after all she had been complaining about not having a chance to go for the button but when he gave her the chance (heroic or gentlemanly act) she then didn't do anything…just like he didn't do anything until Sam started to go for the button. Then he realized Chloe was playing him and beat him at his own "game" but I don't think Jack is bright enough to see that (maybe but who knows given the production of this series)…so maybe it was a pissed off look

4. anger that Sam nominated him…something personal against Sam
He was going to be nominated anyway since he chose to not go for the button but then when it was Sam he then changed his mind. Maybe he thought something would happen to the last person standing…but that is thinking a few steps ahead and far to unpredictable.

Chloe and Jack both seem noticeably aware of how they may be perceived by the public. They both seem to like each other equally well. They seem like good friends but Chloe is bitchy towards Jack at times (or calls him out on something) and Jack has a pact with Danny (Chloe is not equal).

Also some questions (thinking out loud):
Did Chloe misinterpret Jacks look?
Did Chloe intentionally mislead us on Jack look?

LOL, time for a break

Remember, she said she thinks she deserves to win. Anyone that gets in the way will get the full treatment.

I have no time for her whatsoever. Didn't like her when she first walked in the door. I could tell she was trouble but she's cleverly disguised it by playing little miss innocent.
Jack has been loyal to her but she's had too many goes at him recently and the upside is he's rebelled at the injustice of it and risen up in the publics estimation. So she's better whatch out.
I want her out Friday with bells on

He knew if he didn't press the button that he'd be up for eviction. I think he'd accepted that and was quite happy for Chloe to press - the infuriation was that she just wouldn't do it and just stood there with the money slipping away. She just didn't want to look bad - I think that was a bit stupid on her part TBH - especially as she'd been moaning only a few minutes before that it wasn't fair as the boys were just so much quicker to the buzzer.
