I won't feel sorry for the McQueen's one bit when the truth about him abusing Cleo comes out. They deserve all the hate they can get. Despicable people and vile family. As for JP and Nana. Two people who have been sexually abused before she should know the signs. Both have disgusted me. I expected better of them and why are they defending some random guy over their own family.

I think John Paul's character has been ruined beyond repair. Way to go Berkwood. James Sutton must REALLY need the wages to act such dross.

Because Nana's drunk as a lord and JP wants to **** Porsche's husband, maybe?

This episode wasn't about Phoebe at all, no Esther, no mention of George, Jacqui or Myra.

It was just to show how horrible some people are and Nana has now been added to the list, despite the fact that she was also raped, she doesn't believe her own granddaughter!

How can that family so easily turn on their own with what they went through?! They believe a stranger over a family member who is clearly in distress and has nothing to gain from those so called 'lies'.

And because of how horrible this has gone so far, I really don't care if Pete targets Cleo, they have made me not care if anything bad happens to any of them. I just want to see justice for Porsche and for the McQueen's to beg for forgiveness (although I doubt that will happen, it will just be ignored how badly they treated Porsche, it's the standard for that family, kick them out, let them back in and kick them out again).

I don't like Mercedes, but that was very low of Joe.

Nancy and Robbie are both terrible people and it is a joke that they had the focus on Robbie's 'love' for Phoebe when he cheated on her and just ran off with Nancy and what a way to respect Phoebe!

**** off everyone in the episode except Porsche. Cleo is awful, how could she just allow Porsche to be slowly disowned by the family while knowing what Pete is like?

Yeah now that I think of it I can vaguely remember Robbie finding out. Oh well, at least he's managed to move onto Nancy minutes after the funeral.

What an utter mess of an episode they really put no effort into anything other than what's right in front of them no mention at all of George or Jacqui?

Nancy said to Robbie a number of times nothing can ever happen with them and it happens on the day of Phoebe's funnel.

Exactly, especially when they were saying despicable things to her like she should get over it , she lead him on, she teased him, she was a slut etc.

Her Boyfriend and uncle decided to skip her wake to have a quickie. Poor Phoebe

I get the impression that Cleo believes her "relationship" with Pete is consensual, and she believes him about Porsche "leading him on." But she knows that he'll be taken away from her if anyone finds out about them or listens to Porsche ...


They bothered to mention Jacqui after Phoebe died, so why not now FFS? Phoebe died two or three weeks ago, Jacqui had more than enough time to book a flight

Kirkwood obviously wants to isolate Porsche from her family. I can't believe Nana didn't believe her. At least JP did believe her at first, but unfortunately she told him she lied about Pete. So he stupidly thinks she's still lying. JP not believing Porsche is used as an excuse & catalist by Kirkwood for JP to sleep with Lockie.

I'm hoping all the McQueens feels ashamed & mortified when they finally realise Porsche was telling the truth all along. I also hope that the reveal will have a lasting impact for them all & that we will not see them all acting like normal within a couple of weeks after it comes out.

She has been rejecting Robbie's advances for over a year now and JP has turned down Lockie on numerous occasions. Yet we are supposed to believe that they suddenly find them so irresistible that they would drag them away from a wake to for a quick Bonk. Really

This Nancy and Robbie thing no matter how long it goes on for it's another pointless affair, so much for Robbie saying he loves Phoebe forever and he gets it on with Nancy.

I agree, and it may sound bad but the only thing I want out of this storyline is justice for Porsche. The writing for the McQueen's has been appalling and the reactions have been so detestable that I have lost all sympathy for the McQueen's. Nana and JP have especially lost my respect. Both have been victims of sexual abuse yet clearly didn't see the signs. They doubted Porsche very quickly and chose to believe some random guy over their own family. You would think JP would think a bit more about how easy it is to twist the truth considering Finn made everyone doubt him and have half the village think he was a pedophile

Yup, so much for his deep love for poor Phoebe.

Plus, it's especially insulting & disrespectful to Phoebe that's it's on the day of her funeral & with Nancy of all people. Robbie & his feelings for Nancy was Phoebe's main worry when she was in a relationship with him.

Just like Lindsey and Freddie on and off, out of no were Lindsey no longer loves Joe and suddenly Lindsey loves Freddie completely.

JP has always fancied Lockie; Lockie teased him but JP was the first to make a move.

Nana, told JP her rapist was a friend of the family & was the life & soul & he told Nana no-one would believe her & that she led him on. Nana should not assume Pete is OK, she should want to take Porsche aside & talk to her about it. Not chuck her out.

JP with his own rape experience should know better. Luckily for JP he had his families support when they found out about his rape. Porsche has no support. Porsche did lie to JP saying she made up Pete assaulting her. JP should be able to see she was lashing out & in that moment was letting people think what they wanted too. He should see that her extreme reaction supports her claim & try to get her to sit down & tell him what happened. Unfortunately, he has now called her a disgrace & in response goes to sleep with Lockie. They are the disgrace in this & I hope they feel awful when they realise Porsche was telling the truth.


PS/ Everyone apart from Diane believed that JP was raped. The village didn't doubt it. However, one of the reasons that JP was reluctant to come forward was because he feared no-one would believe him.
