Very, very slow iPad...
Justastray

I've had an iPad for just over two years now, and have never previously had a moments problem with it, but hit a bit of problem with the speed a couple or three weeks ago, and the condition hasn't corrected itself since.

I'm wondering - provided there no major problem with the processor - if it could just need all the different apps and things getting a really good spring clean, and have also wondered whether I could return it factory settings, and whether this would 'clear stuff out' and return it to it's original working speed.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this one, please?

What activities are slow? If it's anything on the Internet you should check your router (turn it off and on anyway just in case).

The first thing to try is restarting your iPad by holding down the power and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears.

If that doesn't help, try using an app to clear memory and storage space, like Battery Doctor -

Finally, backup, erase and restore your iPad. If you are using iCloud backup it's really easy. If not, get that setup first and report back.
