Swearing has NOTHING to do with intelligence. It depends where you were brought up. If everyone else is swearing, around you, 24/7 ,since you were born, it's second nature. The 'C' word which is a 'nasty' word to most, is so because it depends on how a person was programmed in relation to the word.
Obviously, the 'C' word to Marc is equivalent to saying sh1te, it definitely doesn't have the same 'shock/horror' factor as it would to those that grew up in an environment where that word was viewed as 'disgusting or vile' - and/or swear words were never heard on a daily basis.
Everything's relative. Swear words do not dictate a person's character, NOR their intelligence. Only if such words are used in aggression, then they add weight to the aggressor's intentions.
It's only letters put together to make a word that people, depending on their environment, decide whether or not the 'word' is vile. All programming and nothing else.
