Sorry if I can't ask tech questions here.

http://my.jetscreenshot.com/22337/20150707-ultv-71kb

I clearer the cache on my computer and now I cannot get into Demand 5 catch up. I get this screen (above) and can never move on. I tick the box and hit confirm and nothing happens. I get the same problem in Chrome, Explorer. It happens on my desktop and 2 laptops.

Any ideas?

Thanks

When you say 'cache' what do you mean?

Just had a look, sounds like a Flash Player problem. Try downloading and installing the latest version. Make sure that the page has the right compatibility settings, and that you have tracking protection turned off.

CLeared cache = internet history etc. However, I don't think that matters as even devices I didn't clear the cache on still have the same issue.

The big problem here is that its happening on 3 devices. Can I presume that it's a Demand 5 issue?

The person who also has this problem have you tried on other browsers and devices?

I got that today. I think I set up a parental PIN for the hell of it (click the lock in the corner when you first load the episode and take it from there). Then it just asked me for the PIN rather than presenting the square of purple mystery.

I had the same problem yesterday.

I went to parental control and set it up with a pin and email addy and it worked.

No wonder people are streaming from pirate sites less hassle
