Guidance setting (Tech Question)
Sorry if I can't ask tech questions here.
http://my.jetscreenshot.com/22337/20150707-ultv-71kb I clearer the cache on my computer and now I cannot get into Demand 5 catch up. I get this screen (above) and can never move on. I tick the box and hit confirm and nothing happens. I get the same problem in Chrome, Explorer. It happens on my desktop and 2 laptops. Any ideas? Thanks |

Did you click OK after you cleared your cache....other than that TRY rebooting

Just had a look, sounds like a Flash Player problem. Try downloading and installing the latest version. Make sure that the page has the right compatibility settings, and that you have tracking protection turned off.

CLeared cache = internet history etc. However, I don't think that matters as even devices I didn't clear the cache on still have the same issue.
The big problem here is that its happening on 3 devices. Can I presume that it's a Demand 5 issue? The person who also has this problem have you tried on other browsers and devices? CHeers |

Thanks I went to parental control and set it up with a pin and email addy and it worked. No wonder people are streaming from pirate sites less hassle |
