Chloe is on a secret task, BB asked her to pick the HMs who in her opinion would last the longest & to assign the money bags to those HMs.
Obviously she would have picked Danny, Cristian, Jack & Sam ... those 4 HMs would have had the cash.
The remaining 4 HMs, Herself, Harry, Nick and Joel won't have any cash in the bags.
Now BB will try their hardest to entice the HMs with the cash away from their ropes, hence the phone calls from home. Both Jack and Sam had phone calls.
I don't like Chloe & wish her to go this week, but I am sure she only said Jack wasn't available because she had picked Jack as one who will be holding the cash.
