Makes me laugh how people think his followers have been bought. I tried the same search on my own account and even I had a fair percentage of fake followers. They're just spam accounts. the more followers you gain, the higher percentage of those spam profiles will follow you.

Now if this kid is smart (or has good advisers) he can turn all the new twitter following into a good advertising base when he gets out.
