Do you remember when Harry said she got a decent job (I assume she meant well paid by that) and bought a house with her money, when they were asked what their proudest moment was?
Harry probably earns a decent amount with her job. She has never claimed she needs to win to get the prize money.
To someone like Jack though who works for close to minimum wage in McDonalds, any money is a lot of money. I don't know what Chloe, Danny or Christian do. We know Nick's parents are rich, and he's lived off them for years, and as Joel said he doesn't need the money either.
