Depends how badly you want to climb trees.

No more than one usually unless it's a fruit salad.

They're quite sugary really, the healthiest being berries and pineapples I suppose.
I rarely find fruit interesting enough on its own, which is why a fruit salad is really delicious.

Quite frankly I'd rather have a biscuit or a bar of chocolate.

Most of the meals I cook have plenty of veg in though so it's not too bad.

Four or five Gala apples a day, an occasional banana or two and I buy a bag of satsumas once in a while. At the moment I'm gorging myself on loganberries and later on in the year I'll get through loads of blackberries when walking through the woods. Then there'll be a huge glut of plums and pears to get through, so a hell of a lot overall. I also eat a lot of rhubarb, although that's a vegetable. Many people forget that tomatoes are a fruit.

It varies for me, but generally:

1 portion with cereal at breakfast (every day) (usually raisins, blueberries or strawberry)
One portion as a snack if I have one (usually raspberries, but sometimes I have a bowl of chopped up banana, raspberries and grapes)
And then a little bit with salads (every day) (a sprinkling of fruit & nut mixes - so almonds+some other kind of type, sultanas, dried apricots and dried cranberries) (although I'm guessing this wouldn't be enough to count as a portion)

Apple, banana, maybe a satsuma or two or some grapes or cherries, depending on the season. I like fruit.

I usually eat a Banana and an Apple per day in my packed lunch. I'll be honest I only eat them because I feel I need to not for the love of them. When off on holidays like this week with no packed lunch involved I never eat fruit.

I think the recommendation is two pieces of fruit a day but they should be different fruits so one banana and one apple(or other fruit) would be better than two bananas.

Personally I only have 1 piece of fruit a day as my IBS can't cope with anymore.

I'm not a big fan of fruit so I try and make up for it with veg, seeing as I'm a vegetarian it's the way to go imo.

On a hot summer day, I can easily eat a whole galia melon, a 500g box of Ralli grapes, 3 naval oranges or anything sweet and juicy.

I bought a Nutri Ninja last month, so at the moment I'm doing well.

2 smoothies a day.

Breakfast. Low fat yoghurt, Banana, Half a carrot, couple of slices of cucumber & a handful of either Kale or Spinach.

Lunch, same as above but I substitute the banana for a handful of strawberries.

I think that about covers my 5 day?

I have a banana with All Bran for breakfast.

After my evening meal I have a normal size Greek yoghurt in a large size Greek yoghurt pot. I then chop a banana and a conference pear into the yoghurt and mix it all up. The pot is now full. I have that er........quite often. Don't knock it until you have tried it.

I am a bit worried about the sugar content in the yoghurt but........what can we do.

Generally 2-3 I've been eating bananas and apples this week. I try to vary it every so often to avoid getting bored.

Compared to some of the others on here, not much. Usually varies between 1 to 2 pieces of fruit a day. For puddings, tend to have a little plate of Strawberries (love those red berries!) and is something I do most days. Occasionally I'll have an apple as well.

Apart from apples and strawberries, bit more of a vegetable, meat and biscuit person really.
