Maybe I should have phrased things like this. Cos this is basically what I meant...

she's a walking hypocrite I agree. She slates jack, joel and nick for being selfish..... yet eats Joel letter for he own gain, now she's adding money to her own account rather than maximising the winners pot which she claimed is stabbing your friend in the back. Chloe just wants as much money as possible, even if it means selling herself out. Or is she just exposing her true nature, lets be honest choose played it safe..... fake girl not girl next door, normal and real..... its ALL been an act to play up to the public and win sympathy favour.

No Chloe is a worm that wants survival..... se goes with the POWER.

She's oozing greed right now, she's taking every drop in the money like her 'friends' stabbed her personally.

It really is, she's played a long game so its quite amusing that her greed has exposed her game and paleness t the last hurdle. Lets hope Danny and Chloe have done enough, and dropped their masks enough for the public to see them for what they truly are. The quiet ones.....always the biggest gameplayers.

She's just seeing what many are now seeing

Chloe's sly and has her own game plan that is really the opposite to what she's been telling and projecting to the HMs.

Helen was spot on about her
As she's lived with Chloe and has been watching !

Absolutely not. Just a standard acclamation from me when I see the truth or hear the WORD

Helens just a bad person.”

They were so not in it for the money that some of them discussed sharing the winnings very early on in the series.

Helen has seen, like the rest of us, that Chloe was quiet and did nothing till this past week when the money came under threat and then BANG! She's come to life and has taken charge of the house. Money is the only thing that matters to her and she uses emotional blackmail against the others, insulting and trying to turn the others against any HM who dares to spend anything, to make sure she gets as much as she can of her winnings. I hope she is out on Friday.

Yes, she thought she had a free and easy ride to the win - and that money is Her money.

OP, are you sure this isn't just another tiresome bash Helen thread as opposed to you genuinely seeking the answers? I ask this as the answer to your question couldn't be more obvious to anyone who's watched the show and seen how Chloe has been.

It's not a case of Helen 'turning' on Chloe, it's an adult individual who knows her own mind revising their opinion on a person based on new things they have seen and heard.

This is totally normal behaviour, and what we all do in real life, and especially when you consider Chloe's actions in there recently.

Does this stuff really need to be explained? Genuine question.

I, OTOH, think that to the limited extent that Helen's right about Chloe, it's not because Helen "tells it like it is" but because her own nastiness and cynicism makes it impossible for her to see anyone as the nice, normal girl BOTS has been presenting Chloe as.”

That's where you are wrong then, Chloe made sure that she fawned all over all the "legends" while they were in, and Helen left the house thinking that Chloe was a "lovely girl". Since watching from outside she's seen her for who she is, and said so last night. As to your first paragraph, it's not worth wasting my breath on.

Helen did have some valid points but didn't get her point about valuing consistency and courage above all and citing Harry's behaviour as an example. She forgot to mention how Harry's spiritual decline in the house was as a direct result of Helen herself chewing her out for picking on Simon over laundry.

Harry displayed no courage and acquiesced with Helen and let Helen dominate her. Add to that a few words of support for Marc (and Helen) and now Helen claims she got Harry wrong. Harry found her spark again as soon as Helen left and is finding all kinds of courage and fire that was absent for the duration and apparently Helen now sees this as consistency and steady behaviour.

This daft cliche has already been posted in this thread. It was bollocks then, and it's still bollocks now.

Ah, well the fawning and saddle sniffing when it comes to her saddle being sniffed must really send her keen sense of reasoning and amazing character judgement skew whiff if she couldn't figure her out while she was in the house.

She must have been blinded by the faux admiration, easy mistake for us mere mortals I guess, but the not the incorruptible Helen Wood surely?

Well said. Helen for all her faults, can still see that Chloe's behaviour of late has been abhorrent.

Helen just makes hunches like anyone else, she just repeats and yells relentlessly and keeps up the energy and grudges long after most have moved on.

I'm not directing this at you specifically but I've never seen a place where so many people put reason and logic aside and appear to be blinded by some kind of obsessive dislike for a reality tv show contestant.

Can you not put aside whatever dislike/ hate. whatever you have and view a situation objectively?

For me people lose credibility when they lose the ability to see a situation for what it is and instead allow their hate/ dislike/ whatever to override common sense.

I think most have turned on Chloe after her behaviour during the cash bomb task. People are quite rightly shocked and disappointed.

Some people are so biased against Helen that they would refuse to believe her even if she said the Earth was round. It's almost pointless trying to fight that kind of entrenched bias, it's like trying to fight an incoming tide.

I'll answer for myself, specifically then. Yes, I can be objective even for things I obsessively love/like/dislike such as my family and anyone who might hurt or distress my family.

I'm neither obsessed by reality show contestants or concerned with applying logic to people I find illogical in the first place. I said that Helen had some valid points (in particular the cashbomb drawing Chloe out of her rabbit hole), but I also saw that her points were as subjective and biased as any. In fact, I thought Eileen made some great points and it was a shame that her voice gave out. I was never particularly fond of her but I managed to listen objectively to her nonetheless.
