I hope the next thing they announce is live episode because I really would like Hollyoaks to do one and they could reveal the Grove Killer in live episode the team might tell the killer itself 30 minutes before they go live. Hollyoaks has brilliant day for the anniversary it on Friday and that when they could have an hour long live episode at 6pm on Channel 4 only. No First look Hollyoaks on E4 that Thursday because the following day on the main channel they have live show. What does everyone else think? 😀

I would hate to see a live episode from HOs, I hate lives episodes completely, but it would be worse for HOs. While I think there are less bad actors now than a few years ago, there are still some characters that get a lot of attention who should really be left in the background. Plus no doubt it would focus on the Roscoes or other hated characters instead of the better ones.

Thankfully, I don't think they are able to do it. From what I read the sets are too close together and cause noise issues and they don't have the cameras to do more than one scene/location at a time.

I think they should have waited on the wedding for Dirk and Cindy and had that on the 20th, a happy storyline with those two among the disaster of something else somewhere else. So there would be at least one storyline that is happy and ends without problem... of course that would only work if Cindy wasn't chasing after her daughter's boyfriend.

If they were going to have one it would have been announced earlier today with the rest of the announcements

If they were to do it it would have to be set in one location because they shoot by location single camera so they couldn't move between sets
