I would agree with you there - it did feel as though it gave the show a clean slate, which I think will benefit season 10.

Season 10 would have been close to starting, oh well. But instead basically 9 months away.
for me it has to be rose's farewell it felt so emotional and everything from the writing to the acting was incredible
