Hi. Thanks for responding.
Recently my Samsung Tab S became my computer after the loss of my desktop pc, so now for the time being I have to use it for document editing.
Last week I uploaded my old CV to my Tab S as it urgently needs updating following my recent redundancy, so after reading that the Google Documents app can be used for editing existing documents, I got to work on it. For the most part it's been fine, but I have been unable to delete a table on page 1. I can delete the tables I've created using Google Docs but this one just won't budge, almost like Google Docs doesn't know the table is there. So I have been treating page 2 as page 1 and page 3 as page 2 with the intention of deleting page 1 once I figure out how to.
Well 1 week later and loads of editing I have a great looking CV, but I still cant delete page 1, so I cant upload it to the WWW
Someone told me in another forum that all I have to do is delete backwards from the top of page 2 so that everything moves to the top, but that's no good because I can't delete the table on page 1, so all that happens is the text in my CV partiality overlaps the table.
I even tried just copying the good part of the CV into a blank Google document, but when I do that my bullet points / font type / 2 font sizes / bold sections / spacing / tables and everything else that took me so long to do isn't carried across, it's all just a mass of plain text with no spacing.
Please tell me it's possible to do something as simple as deleting a page.
Thank you
