I used to dislike Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody but don't mind it now. When I was a kid I thought it was too long and boring.

Don't Look Back In Anger - Oasis
Can't stand Oasis, probably the most overrated band in the world ever. |

Wake Up Boo - The Boo Radleys. Just pisses me off with its twee jolliness.
Elvis - The Wonder of You. I think any song that has become a spontaneous crowd singalong such as that or Hey Jude and the like get up my nose. Plenty have been mentioned. |

The songs played by cover bands who are completely lacking in imagination:
Wishing Well Can't Get Enough Summer of 69 Sweet Home Alabama Highway to Hell Whiskey in the Jar Songs played by DJs with no imagination when they are confronted with a room full of people aged 40+: Brown Eyed Girl Build Me Up Buttercup Don't Stop Me Now Mustang Sally |

I'm a Beach Boys fan, but my heart sinks when the radio DJ says 'we've got the Beach Boys next, with an all-time classic', because I just know it's going to be bl**dy Good Vibrations. Yes it's a good song and cleverly written, but give it a rest, eh? The BB's did do other, better songs that rarely see daylight.

It would be Beyond The Sea for me - I've always liked the song, but when my childhood BFF died it was the last song played at his funeral....it always makes me think of him, now (in a good way).
