Delicious fried noodles recipe

This is my recipe for fried noodles made very cheaply with lidls noodles

Time around 15 minutes max.

For 1 person You will need:

Packet of the barbecue beef noodles you get in lidls for around 20p
The barbecue beef seasoning sachet that comes with the noodles
Dessert spoon of Vegetable oil
2 eggs
Teaspoon of Garlic paste or ginger garlic paste
Handful of Frozen chopped peppers
Teaspoon of ground cumin powder
Sprinkle of Chilli powder
Sriacha chilli sauce or Thai sweet chilli sauce
Salt
Chinese five spice powder.
Wok

Boil the noodles for 3 minutes until soft. Beat the eggs in a dish and add to hot oil in wok braking it in to chunks until the egg goes hard. Add peppers and sprinkle of soy sauce. Drain and throw in the noodles, stir quickly add the Barbecue beef seasoning from packet, add the garlic or ginger garlic paste about a teaspoon or less. Stir. Add cumin and chilli powder. Stir. Add salt. Add Sriacha chilli sauce and five spice. Then serve and enjoy

Its cheap because other than buying the spices which will make 20 or 30 meals the noodles only cost about 20p and the eggs are cheap too. You can also add any left over meat if you wish. Avoid adding too much oil as we want the noodles to be loose and have some texture. The whole idea of using a wok is so you can cook with the minimal amount of oil whilst ensuring the noodle is fried and slightly crisp but not hard so don't over cook

Btw I specify lidls BBQ beef noodles as they have the best texture and the seasoning tastes the best also is MSG free.

I'd leave out the salt. I'm sure there's already more than enough in the sauce and seasoning.

Thanks for that info.
My grand-daughter adores noodles and would eat them at every meal if she got the chance. (I detest them btw).
I'll get those if they are MSG free.
