EE log in going round in circles
I think this must be the first time I've tried to log in but I am going round in circles. I go onto the EE website:
1. I go into Log In 2. I choose the Mobile, 4Gee WiFi and Tablets option 3. It then askes Log In or Register, I press Log In 4. I then put in the Mobile Phone Number 5. It then says Hello and that I am one step closer to managing my EE account. 6. It then asks me to enter Mobile Number (again) 7. It is now asking me again which option I want from Point No. 2 and then it will ask me points 3-7 again and so it keeps on and on. It isn't telling me if I am making an error somewhere so I am none the wiser why this is happening. Does anyone have any advice? |

Had similar issues trying to add a new PAYG SIM to my account. It just worked the next morning.

The EE website has always been a PITA, apart from not working well it is not logical, almost as if they don't want you to look at their tariffs etc. just one of the reasons I left them and moved to other providers who use the EE network, which generally is good.

I spoke to an advisor in the EE shop and he said it goesa round in circles too. I asked him what was wrong with their system and he didn't know but said don't bother with it and go straight to the shop. Sorted in moments there.

The web site and the account management is, and likely always will be, a mess. It's great I can add multiple SIMs to one account now, but it's hard to do it - and you can't label each one, so you just get a list of individual account numbers. Not good for working out which SIM is which.
And whenever I try and go on the site to check rates, it's always a mission to work your way around. Trying to find add on rates, especially checking rates when roaming, is always particularly time consuming. The website really does try to be too clever for its own good. Even on a fast connection it can be really slow to navigate. It can't be a good advert for EE when people might be using the site before signing up. |

What an indictment on EE's website. I have had similar problems. The absolute worst is if you have both an Orange account and an EE account, it gets totally confused. The only way I can manage my two accounts like that is to do them via separate browsers (Safari and Chrome). It is pathetic that an organisation the size of EE can't sort their website out.

Its a nightmare trying to get my orange account up on EE web site, I have got it sorted now with a short cut saved to the log in page but finding it was not easy
![]() In the end I resorted to using Chrome for EE and Safari for Orange. |
