Thanks Icebergx.
That's a great idea. I'll look at some way to do that list, either in a sticky post or some other way. I'd like to create some sort of spreadsheet that I could easily update as well, which would people could select say which country they would like to access, and which Smart DNS provider they use, what is FTA or under Sub, and it would then list everything currently available on the platform of their choice. It would need to be really easy for me to amend as well so I can keep it up to date, but this is a big project... hmmm... may have to start smaller... I'm pretty sure the ATV will become one of the top 2-3 streaming boxes, so I recon lots of people would be interested in this. |

One negative thing I've just discovered about having multiple Apple IDs... Universal search doesn't appear to work across regions, for different apps (the limited ones it works with currently.
For example, if I search "The Sopranos" using Siri, with my US Apple ID activated (for the app store), The options are to watch the show via Netflix or buy it on iTunes. With my UK Apple activated, only the "Buy in iTunes" option exists. This happens despite my Netflix region being set to the US. This is (of course) annoying for those who switch Apple IDs a lot, to download apps. |
